So during the call, the woman said you needed to of put what document you are going to use. But at no point in signing up did it ask me to enter what documentation I was going to use/show. I have contacted there support and asked what I’m going to use and to see it so that it gets entered in correctly. But what is the point of showing it if they have already seen it?
I've done my verification quite a while ago, so can't really recall every single step there. As far as I remember it was easy to go through once they pick up the phone. I hope you get it solved.
