Hi,

I have read enough posts on here with people asking "Who is the best company for matched betting?" to know that people are a little unsure on whether to go for the free options or the paid options. There are pros and cons to each. Often the paid services offer oddsmatching software whereas free options tend not to and will only provide the instructions.

(I personally went for the paid option with PA like Jon as their guides and support were spot on.)

The main issue I had, whether paid or free, was the speed required to run a search with Oddsmatching Software, then copy the values across to the Matched Betting Calculator and hope that in that time the opportunity hasn't changed on the betting exchange. Over time I got faster and faster, but it was certainly an issue at first!

I have developed a free tool that will find the top 3 oddsmatches and run all the calculations for you in one go to massively speed up the process.

With this being one of the larger matched betting communities I was looking for feedback. Do you think you would use this and could I do anything more to make it even better?

Thank You

Hmm clever stuff I find the days of copying numbers over from the oddsmatching software tend to be over as you can one click and it will take you to the bookie page with the bet slip already open and the figure put in!

also the calculator is build into the oddsmatcher on both PA and OM,you don’t need to copy any numbers, just click on the calculator looking icon :)

Yeah that is a good option for people who are paying monthly for sure! I certainly wouldn't warn people away from paying monthly as I did it, however for people who can't afford to invest in a paid service would you agree this could be useful for them? Or do you think it's a bit of a waste of time? Happy for honest feedback :)

Well people pay for tools. I use match catcher because it saves me a boatload of money and lets me get on more offers and earn more money

does this tool offer me the chance of earning more money? What if it gives the wrong advice? Where is it pulling that data from just out of interest?
Horse racing odds move rapidly so how is it going to cope with that?

This tool works in the same way as oddsmatching software and a calculator that matched betting sites provide so I'm not sure what you mean by that question. I guess if it saves you paying £17.99/month then yes, you will earn more money.

What if it gives the wrong advice?
You could say this about any software out there? You should always do your due diligence when placing bets.

The same API PA and OM use for their oddsmatching software

Horse racing odds move rapidly so how is it going to cope with that?
This is always an issue with the refresh time of oddsmatching software. Please remember this is a free service, if I could provide more than what PA and OM can with their incredibly high turnover I wouldn't be able to give it out for free!

As I've said before, I'm not knocking paid service as that's what I used. This is intended to help people get on the ladder for free and offer them the opportunity to never have to pay if they don't want to.

Thanks for the questions :)

It's certainly an interesting idea however this information without other things being attached to it make it a bit of a lone wolf
If you are trying to connect with people who don't want to pay for a matched betting service and want to go some kind of FREE route then you are going to have to provide a lot of offer information and I would hazard a lot of hand-holding as well to help get people through the finish line

How will you make money from this? Gambling affiliation yeah?

It was intended to be more of a supplementary offering alongside some of the free services. I can't keep up with all of the sign up offers/reload offers like say the likes of Matched Betting Blog, however if people were to combine this tool with a site that does provide the offer information they would see the value.

Yup :)
Part of me wonders if you would be better off developing the system and then just selling it to one of the 'free players'

That thought did occur to me too.

Will wait and see if any of your members here think it would be of use to them and if they have any feedback

Thank you :) is there anything you would change or does it look okay how it is? I have tried to make it as clear and user friendly as possible

Perhaps add colour the words that you have highlighted in bold already. For example, liability etc.

Do you already have a link to the tool you can send?

Yep, perfectly good idea I can take a look into it, however I think it is a limitation of the text editor on the forum that will prevent me from doing that. I can see if there is any other way :)

Sure, you can find the tool here

If you are referring to the odds match, you get an immediate response back as soon as you enter your terms tagging your user so you will receive both an email and a notification :)

Can you expand on that at all?
For example, I would need something to fetch back all the premier league matches over 94% for Bet365 with odds between 1.3 and 3 so I can scroll through them and see whats there. Can it be programmed bu the user to do that?

So you can specify the bookmaker, in your case Bet365 and it will find the top 3 matches. If it doesn't return any matches over 94% then there simply aren't any at that moment in time.

Qualifier bets are hard coded to search between odds of 1.5 -> 3.0
Free bets are hard coded to search between odds of 4.0 -> 12.0

I can certainly add the functionality to specify minimum/maximum odds, however I need to be careful not to make the string entered too difficult. The more options I add, the more chance people have of getting the syntax wrong. The tool is designed with being quick and simple in mind

Can you get it to filter certain events though; so it only brings back premier league matches or cheltenham, for example.
