That was reported at the start of September and I can't seem to find anything else about it since........

Would have thought it would have 'blown up' the news if it was going to happen

This was also reported in July and now the lawsuit has been filed. Similar cases were thrown out by the courts in the US so not sure if UK would be different. It sounds like a very remote claim anyway.
