I'm on fiverr and only got 2 sales since 2017. And both left 5 stars and said my beats were good... They were both stingy too... One of em even tried the whole "other people do this shit for free!" Line.

Platforms like Fiver, where the name itself is appealing to people who want their projects done for the cheapest possible price, are a race to the bottom, and honestly undervalue freelancers skills.

Freelance ain't free!

I hate that shit. I put in hard work. I expect my customers to at least pay me. Fiverr don't offer seller protection.

Fiver is not as good as maham522 says.

Try it by all means but you have to be very lucky to make good money. Perhaps use it as a 'loss leader' to build up some clients but not a serious money making option for most people and best avoided in my opinion.

I think it can depend what you are offering - I know a voice artist who makes his salary there.

The base rate for him starts low but when the client has to buy rights for usage etc, that bumps all the jobs up to make it into better £££
