The usual stuff for us: allotment, birthday, seeing family, rest of Wimbledon etc etc.

Also got my Dad's funeral on the 12th.

Bet you can't wait for your holiday Jon!

Looking forward to holiday, yes.

Hit ASDA yesterday to buy LOADS of toiletries from their 'travel' section. Whenever we go on holiday we never take out own stuff as we don't want to be ringing back slightly wet sponges or half used toothpaste ect so we just spent £15-£20 on buying a load of bathroom stuff to take with us and then we dump them at the end of the holiday before coming home. Means when we get back it's one less thing to have to unpack!!!

Would it not be easier just to buy all that when you arrive?

no, that involves dipping into the 'holiday cash' that you use when you get there

Also it's just one more thing to do before you get to the hotel after 9 hours of flying

I can't remember which Airport I was at but they had a 3rd track at security, there was normal, fastrack and VIP, for those people who can't risk being stuck behind anyone else.

If you can be bothered, its much cheaper to buy a packet of those small plastic bottles for £1 and decant your usual stuff into them :)

I went to Glastonbury last weekend, it was AMAZING!!! Gone so quickly since I was trying to get help on here to get tickets last October! Fairly quiet month for me this month as I'm trying to replace the fortune I spent there! My other half is still out of work but has 2 interviews this week so fingers crossed...

yes I did...I must admit I'm not a huge fan, but I didn't see Muse or Adele and I wanted to catch at least one Pyramid headliner and I have to say, they were absolutely fantastic. Their tribute to viola beach was pure class, not a dry eye on the Pyramid field at that point!

Just booked tickets for the racing at Newmarket on Friday, which were free as a result of linking my Coral, B365 and Betfred accounts to rewards4racing.com. A nice little spin-off from matched betting (worth £72) results.

All we need now is the weather to hold........

Just bobbing in to say hello. I've been pretty inactive the last few weeks and the money making has sort of gone by the wayside but hoping to get going a little bit again soon. My ex husband has been seriously ill and so had my dad who lost his as battle with cancer last week. Am hoping to get back to a bit of normality soon and get back to a bit of matched betting which I was just starting to get the hang of!

Well i'm just about back on UK time now which is a good job as I am back to work tomorrow and DREADING it!!

Had a great time in Florida but a warning for anyone thinking of going in July like we did, everyday the temperature was above 95!! So water parks during the day and theme parks during the evening were the order of 90% of the days!!

I don't know how you did it, it was hot enough when we went in the end of October a couple of years ago. Welcome back.
