Thought I'd go ahead and create this thread

Weather forecast for the weekend looks crap down here - lots of rain boooooo - it's a shame as I want to go to a couple of boot sales Sunday/Monday. It's for part of a project I've been working on that I'll tell everyone about if it's successful

In other news only 8 more weeks until baby boy is due now

This month I have my lovely husband's birthday and we have our wedding anniversary early next month. This is where my spare cash will be going this month

Might go for a last minute Centerparcs trip, will see how work is going and how busy my husband is.

My lovely Mum is doing well at home now, with the district nurse visiting daily and lots of hospital appointments.

I'm a Taurus My husband is a Gemini, his birthday is exactly 1 month after mine so we are the same age for 1 month every year <3 Then I'm back to being the younger woman haha.

Woke up this morning to 2 people having used my uber code overnight

I can only assume they were drunk as they were used around 1am lol

Next week is a big one for us too - my partner starts his new job on Tuesday, my daughter starts her first year exams and I go to the hospital for my blood tests, then its the election on Thursday which with us being one of the 'hard working families' politicians like to bang on about will have big implications for our lives which ever party wins.

So this will be my last weekend chilling out at home while my partner is out grafting as the new job is office based he will be working Monday to Friday and home at weekends from now on so that will be a big change for us but hopefully one for the better!

We are stressing a little about money as we're not sure about when and how much he will get paid in the new job but I'm sure it will all work out OK even if it means a bumpy couple of months while it all gets sorted.

I'm still getting used to my new job and waiting to see how it works out too.

And we're still house hunting too.

So yes a lot going on this month!!!

Well he knows what the annual salary is obviously but were not sure how much it will work out to be each month in real terms after tax and ni plus there is a commission element too which it will take a few months to figure out what he is averaging with that, the first month is all training so he won't get the commission element to start with and plus we're not sure what day pay day is or if its a month in hand or how its all going to work so lots of questions at the moment but I'm sure all will become clear

Presumably commission will be on top of that. Try not to rely on commission as typically it can be unpredictable and based on high targets etc x I used to work a retail commission job and I smashed it most months
