Hi, I clicked your link and there's some really tiny small print underneath where it's asking for a phone number.

Can you confirm what the small print states?

I managed to highlight it and do a copy/paste:

By entering your phone number, you consent to the use of your phone number to send you a link to the app, and to the use of your phone number in accordance with the app's privacy policy. Standard rates apply.

They ask you for your phone number to send you a link to your phone for downloading their app, so they can link your phone to the music app, which will store the points gained when you listen to music.

Once you've downloaded the app, they will ask you for an email address, use your PayPal address, so you can redeem the points for cash or giftcard

What’s the rate of pay though?

How long takes to cash out

You get points per song you listen you, before the update I was getting about 1000 points per day listening to the radio, the amount of points per song vary from country to country, but if your listen from a tier 1 country, rates should be good,

with this latest update, I'm getting anything from 350-550 points per day

roughly getting $20 after listening every day for about 5 weeks, 6 hrs a day

you can earn more if you listen more hours of the day, but the rate decreases during the day

hope this helps

I signed up today and listened for around 5 hours. I have just over 600 points but got some bonus points for answering some questions. The station was really good. I even made a note of 4 bands that I want to check out. I usually listen to Amazon Music radio stations so I'm ony doing what I do anyway (just through a different app) and will earn an occasional payment this way. The only drawback is that it's only available on an app (would prefer to play through the computer) and it drains my battery (which is usual for my phone when playing music).

Tip - if you can't work out how to search, it's on the Library tab. You can search for a band/artist and it will suggest rdio stations based on your search.

Great to hear, yeah, there are tons of stations and genres to choose from, try different stations as I have found that some stations like ambient / yoga / classical music pays more points per song,

You can also get points for entering your details to help you rack up the points
Name - 45 Points
Birth Year - 15 Points
Share Location - 30 Points
Give Feedback - 60 Points
Music Preferences - 30 Points

You can try filling out surveys, up to 10,000 points
Complete tasks, like playing games and reaching a certain level, signing up for offers, up to 20,000 points

Yeah, it's a shame its not on pc, as I have to charge my phone every day too.

I've downloaded it, but it won't let me access it as it says I need to turn developer setting for my phone off? Hmmm

Don't remember any settings access needed when I started using the app, can you post a screenshot of the message ?

Normally when you download the app and install, you should be able to open and use straight away.

Just got my payment after waiting 3 weeks for it, cashed out at the end of September, normally takes around 3-5 days to process a payment before, but glad to know they are still paying, although processing payments a lot slower than before,

If you have recently requested a payout, I'd give it a couple of weeks for the payment to show up in your account,

If there is anyone else interested in getting paid to listen to music, would be grateful if you could sign up under my referral link here Current Music App

So you have to play the Current Music app 24/7 and you only get £14.60 in 3 weeks? I am not sure if it's worth running the Current Music app playing music 24/7, consuming your phone storage, ram, battery, deteriorating your phone overall life and other things for £14.60 for 3 weeks?

I use the app everyday for about 6-7 hrs as I listen to music while I work, so why not make some money from it anyway. It's not a get rich quick scheme, but over a period of time if you're listening to music, why not earn from it too !!!

Yes it does consume some battery on your phone, but you're using the phone everyday anyway, and probably have to charge your phone everyday too, so for me it's worth it as I normally listen to the radio everyday while I'm working. For anyone else, if you like to listen to music, then why not earn some money from it.

This is Current Rewards music app (dunno why this thread is tagged Topcashback).

I've been using it since July last year and earned $42.24 so far. (you earn a lot quicker when your a new member or at least I did back then). At the moment the rate you can per minutes of listen to a song fluctuates depending on how active you are and how many other offers you do. You can get more points by doing offers from an offer wall, completing or getting screen out points from surveys or watching video adverts, and they've just started anew thing that gives you points for having their screen with adverts running while your phone charges - 300 points for turning it on and earn points while their screen's open.

They also sometimes have bonus offers for downloading apps/playing games. You can get @18 points for unlocking your phone or just interacting with the app various times a day, plus there's bonus points for daily usage, clicking the green button to listen to a full song each day, and for hitting earning targets.

Not all stations credit - especially ones that don't provide track names/artists, and it tends to either stop crediting or stop working if you have it on in the background.

Didn't use it for most of a week (and haven't done any of the bonus surveys/videos/offers etc. for ages) and my rate per song's gone right down to between 0.6 - 0.8 even when it claims to be boosted:(

Just looking at my recent earnings and either they've changed it or I read it wrong above, my rate's now 0.6 points per minute, and the highest I've got from a long song is 3.677.
