Global Test Market now LifePoints

Hi everyone,

Its been quite a while since I logged in to my Global Test Market account but when I have today I found they have changed to LifePoints.
Problem is I am now unable to log in or change my password as it doesn't seem to recognise my email address.

Did anyone else have this issue? I'm concerned as I had in excess of £15 worth of points in there.

I received regular emails from GTM saying the change was coming so I guess it must have been quite some time since you logged in!

If all else fails, perhaps messaging them via Facebook to explain your issues might be an option?

I think they're a bit glitchy at the mo. My daughter couldn't get her password to work and the forgotten password link didn't seem to work. She contacted them on Facebook in the end to get it sorted out.

I have done a few surveys with lifepoints this week, and it seems to work fine, but they have spammed the hell out of my email with survey invites. Literally dozens of invites. Hope they fix this or im out.

They are driving me mad with the number of emails. I went into my account to see if there was a way of regulating the volume of invites but couldn't see a way of doing it.

No i can't find any way to stop the spam. Most likely im going to unsubscribe from them. I hate being spammed with anything.

The spam seems to go through phases. I had hardly any emails for days, and then yesterday they were popping in all day! It is annoying, especially when you click through and there aren't any surveys to do!

It's a dreadful site now. Glitches all over the place.

Sometimes I complete a survey only to be confronted with the login screen which says "Your session timed out, please log in again"... with no points credited.

Other times, I randomly haven't been given any points for surveys that were promised points. And when you message to follow up... I can't see a survey number on the surveys taken, so you can't easily do that.

Oh and as for the email spam... yes - incredibly annoying.

GlobalTestMarket wasn't great but it's a shining beacon of light compared to LifePoints.
