GlobalTestMarket is a really good survey site to earn from. Plenty of surveys and I have cashed out £90 so far.
Lots of redemption options cash via Paypal as well as Gift Vouchers. Great survey site if you want to get paid cash.

That's amazing work you have done there with GlobalTestMarket - How long has it taken you to get to that level of cashout?

Plus points are they are reputable and pay well in comparison to the other surveys sites.

Negatives are I felt I got screened out a lot and the way their site is layed out frustrates me.

I'm a big fan of GlobalTestMarket. I think I was lucky as I came across it very soon after my first foray into the world of online surveys. It was a fellow Shedder who introduced me, though I can't remember who - sorry! It's one of only two or three survey sites I regularly participate in - a bread and butter site if you like.

What I really like about GTM is there's no messing about. If you get screened out, this happens promptly - none of this making you wade through umpteen questions and then booting you out when they've had half a pound of flesh like you get on some sites. You are awarded quarterly sweepstake entries (for cash prizes) for every survey you are screened out of. I believe the draw for Jan/Feb/Mar is taking place tomorrow, so fingers crossed for any fellow Shedders with entries :p

They will email you when there's a survey available. Once you reach the end (or get screened out) you'll usually find another one or two surveys ready for you too. Or you can just visit your profile at any time and see whether there are any there for you.

There's quite a range of rewards available. The one thing they keep quiet about though until you fully read the FAQs (a little cheekily I think) is that you need at least 1000 points in your account before you can redeem a reward. So, although you can claim, say, £5 PayPal for 182 points - you would only be able to do this if your overall balance is over 1000 points.

I recently reached the 1087 points needed to claim the £30 PayPal reward (it took me 8-9 weeks). I then had to decide whether to take the full amount and start again, or perhaps take eg the £10 (363 points) and then redeem these smaller amounts more frequently. There is always that underlying fear that the company will suddenly disappear (we do read tales of sites going under from time to time). Psychologically I'd rather take a big chunk at a time as it feels like a real bonus, but maybe others would rather cashout more regularly?

I think it took just over a week for my £30 to reach my PayPal account. The payment was in GBP, not dollars.

I've had perhaps just the one or two rogue surveys that were taking far too long to make the incentive viable. I have contacted customer services on a couple of occasions and my comment or query has been dealt with politely, though I think it took a day or two for them to reply.

Here's what my statement looks like to give you some idea of the frequency (bear in mind everybody will be different though depending on your demographic):

I don't participate every day. I maybe get screened out of two surveys for every one I complete.

Hope that helps. Glad you like this one too Blackpepper :) - sorry you don't like the layout Ted, I agree it can be a little clunky but it does the job

Yes I totally agree with what commassie_blu has said.
It is definitely my favourite survey site. :)
It is one of the better survey sites as far as getting screened out very quickly if you don't actually qualify for a survey and though I have not won anything on the quarterly cash sweepstakes as yet as least they give you something for your effort.
I get a few surveys coming through probably qualify for about one in every two that I complete.
I also login and check to make sure there aren't any on my dashboard. Sometimes there are ones there to do. Plus I think it helps to login to your Account as I often find if I have logged in I often will get a few more surveys coming through my e-mail.
They are prompt with payments around a week to come through so not long to wait once you request.
I cash out once I have reached enough points for the £30 cash out though it can be tempting to build it up a bit more just in case something happens or redemption rules change as has happened at Valued Opinions.

Is anyone finding that they are being screened out of alot of GBS surveys recently? Normally my points increase pretty quickly and I manage to reach the £30 cashout within approx 3-4 weeks. The last month or so has been very slow. I've been receiving surveys but I am constantly stuck on 485 points and being screened out left right and centre :-\

2.5 months on and I've only positives to say about them now. Not sure what's changed but getting accepted for most surveys now.

I think it goes through spells like that - but it's just the luck of the draw. I cashed out £30 recently and I'm well on the way to the next one. Been getting tons of invites and, like Ted, I think I'm getting dumped out of fewer these days. My problem is keeping up with them as I'm out and about a lot rather than chaining myself to a screen. It usually takes me a couple of months to reach £30 - a lot of the surveys have closed by the time I get to them.

Things have improved the last few days and my points are building nicely. 200 points off of my next £30 cash out. So exciting when it's such a significant amount. Love GTM.

Love the product testing that I have got through GTM. Got cookies to taste got some new cereal bars and today I have got 12 weeks worth of Dishwasher Tablets to test out.
Love it, it boosts up my points a bit plus getting free stuff that I use anyway especially Dishwasher Tablets. :)

I had the cookies too - yum :)

Yes they were very yummy! :)
Nice to get something for free. Thoroughly enjoyed by me and my husband loved them too. :)
Dishwasher on now with the new Dishwasher Tablet in. Put my own ones away so that saves me quite a bit since it goes on most days.
They certainly were very generous to give 12 weeks worth like that and they came packed in a box well padded out and by Parcel force signed for as well. Obviously wanted to make sure they did get delivered to people since there was so many of them.

Ohhhh I didn't know that GTM ask clients to test out products. I've only ever had surveys. How do I sign up for this part?

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be something you can actively sign up for - those ones just pop up from time to time if you're the right demographic I think. I've only had the one product testing from GTM. I don't have a dishwasher or eat ceral bars so I probably got screened out of those particular surveys - unlike Blackpepper who has done quite nicely there 8)

I was on 1050 points at the start of today. I've received about 8 surveys and was screened out of all but 1. Received my 35 points and now I'm two tiny 2 points away from cash out. So annoying!

Spoke to soon. Received a survey as I posted my last comment. It was a long one but paid off. £30 cash out. Excellent :)
