Gods Unchained is a free-to-play turn-based card game built on Ethereum. It's very similar to a popular game Hearthstone.

Stay. Play. Get Paid. Campaign is currently ongoing.
They are giving 20$ worth of ETH to old and new players for completing some simple in-game missions.
Missions to complete:

1. Create a Gods Unchained account ( Enter code eGGDaPoraR when signing up)
2. Create / link a Coinbase account (Must be verified Coinbase account)
3. Link a wallet to your account (MetaMask)
4. Subscribe to GU email list
5. Build a custom deck in the Workshop
6. Play a ranked game with a custom deck
7. Play 1 ranked game on 5 different days
8. Win 7 ranked games

Once you have completed all eight missions, everything will be in place for you to receive your reward. $20 worth of ETH will be sent to your Coinbase account.

The game looks legit. I've seen posts on Reddit where people did confirm they received the reward.
I am playing it for 3rd day. 2 missions remaining. I will post here after I receive the reward.

Today I finished last mission. Adding info about the payouts from the website:

• Payouts are processed weekly. It may take up to 7 days for your ETH to appear in your wallet from the moment you complete the campaign, anything beyond this time frame, please open a support ticket.

It is fun indeed. Soon they will rollout Immutable X an in-game digital exchange - more info here. You will be able to trade and sell your cards for ETH. Now you can collect the cards just by playing the game. By winning ranked games you earn Flux a crafting tool which will be needed for fusing duplicate cards. After fusing the cards have a real value and can be traded in the in-game market.

I have played other games like hearthstone but I don't know too much about building a good deck in this game.

I would say make a deck with a lot of low cost cards (1,2,3) and you will beat other people that don't really know what they are doing and make decks with too many high value cards.

I've won a fair few games that way.

You should check in-game tutorial. On youtube there are some guides which may also help you. You can train against computer in solo mode - each turn you have unlimited time to make a move.
Personally as a total noob I just jumped into ranked games. Picked some random pack, I was studying the game as I was playing - reading a card description before pulling it into the board, checking opponent's cards on board, etc.
Few more things:
-game has a working matchmaking so you should be running only into players with similiar rank/experience.
-open your free packs which you get by playing the game. Then you can make changes in your starting deck and choose better cards which are stronger, have better abilities etc.
-as mentioned above don't use too many high value cards. Games were usually over before I was able to use them.

The Stay. Play. Get Paid. quest will be coming to an end very soon, with entries closing March, 23, 2021, 19:00 PDT. This will be the last chance for you to link your Coinbase account, and after this point, mortals will no longer be able to complete the Coinbase mission which is required to unlock the $20 USD in ETH reward.
After entries close, mortals with “PENDING” or “COMPLETED” statuses on their Coinbase Mission will have four additional days to complete the rest of their missions to qualify for the $20 reward. Those that cannot complete all missions by March, 27, 2021, 19:00 PDT will miss out – so get questin’!
