I've just signed up to grassroots. Just wondering has anyone had any experience if this company?

Last did work for them probably 2006ish doing mobile phone store checks
But it was easy enough, they paid well and are pretty well known in the UK Mystery Shopping world so you should be fine.

Is there any work on their dashboard you can grab?

I do a bit and while they are quick and easy there are not many. I never see anything advertised - just wait to get an email.

A good one to work for though don't have much in my area and usually somebody got there before me! Used to have some nice stationery store ones.

I agree about other people getting there first. I left them a few years ago as that happened. The email came through, I logged in within 15 seconds and they had all gone. It made me think that we did not all get the email at the same time. I have only done 2 jobs this time so cant say if it has changed.

Yes I'm registered with them, have completed a couple of jobs and the reports weren't too long. Got another one booked for this week.

£10 per job so not bad!

I've been a member since 2008, done about 30 jobs for them, only recently restarted this year actually. The work is pretty easy and pay is pretty good. Make sure you apply as soon as you get the email informing you there's a job available as they get snapped up really quickly.

Wow, this is a blast from the past! Grass Roots was the first company I mystery shopped for - it was before my daughter was born and she is now 27! I had no idea they were still in business - off to check out their website.

They've lost some good contracts in recent years. I used to do a lot of supermarket and chemist work for them and they were one of the better payers. The only one I do now is an occasional travel money job. They also have some mobile phone and leisure centre work. 110+ jobs I've done for them.

That's why I left the first time. In the holidays I would log on the second the email arrived and all of the jobs had already gone.

I used to check the website hourly when they still did the supermarket jobs. The email sometimes came through an hour or two after I had already snaffled them.

That tends to be the way most companies work - only send emails for left over jobs after most have been taken, but it used to annoy me that they sent emails when nothing was there.
