Just logged on to discover I've been here a year.
I'd like to say I've been making strides with all the info here but I'd be lying.
However, I have taken the great leap of moving house. By October I will be paying much cheaper rent (ironically on a larger house) , cheaper utilities and reducing travel costs. So I'm back in the mindset of creating an income. And what more incentive do I need than the current climate?
