Tomorrow (1st August) is Yorkshire day!
In my house this means Yorkshire flags, toad in the hole and Parkin as well as a rousing rendition of Ilkley moor bar t'at!
As I now live in the Midlands my neighbours do think I'm a tad odd.
Due to knowing there are a fair few Yorkshire folk on here I thought I'd run a little competition. A few years back I comissioned some Yorkshire challenge coins, there were 100 numbered ones and I would like to give one to the winner.
Rules:
Competition runs from 9am tomorrow until 10pm tomorrow (1st august)
Winner will be what I think is the best picture of a Yorkshire day celebration (with possibly some input from the partner) Put them in a reply to this post.
You don't have to be from Yorkshire to enter!
No sign up or anything required.
If you'd like to see a picture of the coins please visit, https://www.facebook.com/Yorkshire-Challenge-Coins-1458899434386075/ - I tried to insert the pictures but the links wouldn't work and I couldn't upload as an attachment
