How can I earn cold hard cash without matched betting or surveys?

First off, I appreciate the welcome email I received, the kind advice from Jon and I did read through the toolkit.

I simply cannot work full time anymore. My health is suffering because of this. I am applying for part time work at the moment and I need to earn cold hard cash from home immediately to cover some bills.

I don't want to sound ungrateful for all this advice on here but some of the suggestions seem to be a little risky (I did not know that matched betting leaves a footprint on your credit report) or some tasks seem like hard work for little pay.

I'll tell you what I am doing right now. I am now starting to get offered tasks from Redwigwam and it is peanuts compared to going out and working in an office or store for a few hours a day. £7 to travel to a store over 20 minutes away to take several pictures and fill out some questions seems crazy. If I was a young student with no household bills to pay, that would be ok money. It would help towards a night out.

I apply for focus groups, I have been lucky to be selected before and earn over £100. I use panelbase for surveys and I earned £20 in about 5 to 6 weeks. It is starting to slow down with more surveys kicking me out.

I left swagbucks and focus4people because they were a waste of my time and effort filling out forms/surveys/applying everyday. I made £2 on swagbucks, I watched some videos and could not complete most of the surveys. I gave the money to charity.

I am searching around this forum and on reddit beermoney, watching videos and I am trying to find something else to do besides MB or surveys. I do not want to be on camera, I see a couple sites require a webcam and microphone. I do not want to do ebay or reselling.

I can type around 50 words per minute (not fast enough for some transcribe jobs). I have been looking for admin jobs to do at home and of course I ran across many scams.

I would really appreciate other suggestions. Anything I try and have success in, I will post back my results.

Thank you so much in advance.

Not sure where you've got the idea that Matched Betting leaves a footprint on your credit report from. Have you read that on The Money Shed or something? Nothing Matched Betting related has appeared on my credit report in over 4 years of doing it!

Also don't discount blogging. Unlimited earning potential and we've got a 3 part ''Beginners Guide to Blogging' toolkit here - https://blog.themoneyshed.co.uk/category/tms-beginner-bloggers-toolkit/ that takes you from setting up your first blog to earning as much money as you possibly can from it.

I am a very cautious person so I research everything. I read about it on a couple places, it leaves a soft search.

Thank you for your advice again Jon. I will check out everything mentioned.

Matched betting doesn't leave a footprint on your credit report - all you're doing is using online bookmaker's accounts and they neither credit check nor impact on your credit score. They don't do a soft search - and would have to tell you if they were.

Aye as @Sirhct said above it doesn’t leave a soft print on your credit report

It leaves nothing In the same way going to Tesco and buying an apple leaves nothing

For peace of mind, a soft search does not affect your credit report and is not visible to lenders. :)

There is no easy quick way to hard cash, or we'd all be doing it.

Try Airbnb and other hosting sites.

I think there IS an easy quick way to hard cash. @Jon's money making toolkit is a great way to get £200-250 a week.

The challenge is making LOADS of money with no effort and that certainly is a lot harder. I have got 10 ideas for creating a passive income on my blog

https://thereverend.co.uk/blog/money/create-passive-income/

But really, the key to making money is to try to get £20 from 10 different sources each week. That way, if one suddenly ends you still have 9 * £20. If you only do one thing then if that suddenly ends, it has a much bigger impact.

Start with the ToolKit and work through it.

Aye the more income revenue streams you have the better but I would always say concentrate on the higher paying ones the most!

Hi
I run a handmade at home business. I enjoyed making the items, and so I started selling them, I make a few per week and the business has made around £3k since October, I appreciate it's not a full time income, but as others say, it's good to have a few strings to your bow. If you enjoy making something you can make one up and pop it on Etsy. There's also handmade at Amazon and even eBay. Its free to create facebook and instagram pages to advertise as well. It takes effort to keep posting to social media and ensure the product is right but it's worth it for the enjoyment and the income it does consistently bring in. Good luck with your efforts!

I agree, but you have to put the effort in to start with.

I do very well making money online but is takes time to build up and get the hang of. And commit the time.

Of course the holy grail is passive income, or as near as passive that is humanly possible
