I've also found them to be real sticklers. Like they don't always provide clear information as to what they want and then reject your submission when you've adhered to everything they ask for. Don't get me wrong this is not all the time and if you're in the vicinity you might as well give it a try! Also, bear in mind the going rate on other sites. For example, they currently have a travel agent mystery shop for £5. You would get at least £7-8 on a mystery shopping website for doing the same task! This is only my view some people will probably make a fortune and disagree with me!

Roamler is a great earner, but as said, has so many crap jobs on it, but then that is weighed up against decent paid jobs then add on pay rises when they get desperate, i was offered £90 for one shop in a coop building a Staedtler display (it started at £5 or so). It is true you get samey jobs on trad MS sites for a couple of quid more, however, with those you spend another hour writing out reports then wait weeks to see if approved, with Roamler you get approved (or rejected... out of 300 plus tasks i have had 2 rejects) almost immediately and the money can be withdrawn in minutes

Hi! I'm new to both The Money Shed and Roamler, however still waiting for an activation code on roamler.

I'm just wondering if anybody else uses it and if so, is it worth the time?

Thanks, J.

Well... If you make 1 penny then you are in profit.. So I guess it's worth it lol.. Roamler is the busiest of all apps (but unfortunately has the most crappy tasks too) like with all task apps you get back more the more you put into it.. I do a lot of Roamler and BeMyEye tasks (those are the 2 big earners) I make average 3 grand a year on Roamler.. FYI when your post count reaches 10 you will get the TMS code

Thanks for replying! I have both roamler and BeMyEye, I downloaded the BeMyEye yesterday and have already earned £6 for one task so I guess it's not that bad, It's all profit haha.

And oh, thanks for that information! How would I get the code once reaching 10 post count??

Yeah nearly there 10 is easy to reach.. Be prepared with Roamler you need complete level 1 before you get paid tasks.. A silly pointless "training" level.. Stick with it.. I believe it only takes a couple of days to complete now (when I started it took nearly 3 weeks) once at L2 you can do paid tasks.. Roamler is currently a bit quiet.. There are a few on that are tbh just crap.. Check it regularly.. Good jobs come on and get snapped up quickly.. Fastest finger first..

Roamler is currently driving me mad. When you start you have to do a few initial unpaid tasks to prove your worth and step you up to the next level where there are paid tasks. One of the mandatory unpaid tasks I have attempted has been rejected twice and I cannot think what I have done incorrectly. I wish that they gave you feedback if my task outcome is insufficient so you can learn and not make the same mistakes again. I watched all their "training" and think I have followed their instructions to the word...for me, so far, it's been a waste of time but I'll stick with it a bit longer.

Hi Cas, no it's the one where you take OOS and and end of aisle promotion. Cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong, my photos are just like theirs and I am writing products and amounts out in full...and giving the full address of the shop. I think I'll email them and ask as I am really putting off doing it for a third time.

It just said rejected so I'll drop them a note. Hadn't realised they were good at responding so I should have just tried that the first time, thanks! Fingers crossed it's third time lucky for me :)
