Unfortunately our system has flagged your 20 Cogs account due the number of untracked offers you've submitted. Not to worry, this happens to protect us against fraud but don't worry your account is safe. We do however need to see some ID to prove the legitimacy of your account.
In order for us to looking in to reactivating your account we need you to send in 2 forms of identification.
1 Photo ID, such as a driving licence.
1 Proof of Address, this can be any formal letter which states your name and address and was dated in the last 90 days (i.e. council tax or utility bills).
Please email copies of these documents to the Site Manager at members@20cogs.co.uk, we aim to approve all ID within 24 hours.
Please note, all ID is destroyed immediately after approval.

Can any experts in 20Cogs or cashback websites tell me if this problem has happen to you before, is this a valid reason and legal and do they have the right to impose proof of ID and proof of address requirement because their system has flagged my 20 Cogs account "due the number of untracked offers you've submitted."? Sounds suspicious and maybe not this is not the real reason why they flag my account and require proof of ID and proof of address from me. I appreciate anyone who can help me with 20Cogs flag account problem.
