A question for the tech-savvy amongst you...

I have some affiliate banners that are iframe.

How do I get these to correctly display in my WordPress site?

I think WordPress is not allowing the code because of something to do with security of iframe links.

Can you not put them in with <script> </script> around the code?

I'll give it a look, but wouldn't have a clue how it works to be honest. I'll check the WordPress code editor part.

Which banner is it you are trying to put into your site?

I'm sure I just tend to click on the Wordpress I just click on 'Text' rather than 'Visual' in the editor and then just copy the code in ;)

A banner starting with the html wording iframe.

It just comes up as a blank space when you copy and paste the iframe code in to text editor.

It will do when you are in preview mode. have you actually published the page?

I tried it on an already published page and there was still a blank space.

OK you've got the code around that all looking fine

Can you make any other WH banners appear?

If not it may be worth dropping your account manager an email over at Gambling Affiliation

Cannot get any other iframe banners to appear at all anywhere on site

I've just had a look - in this case it's because the William Hill banner (and a couple of the others by the looks of it) are being loaded over the unsecure http protocol rather than the secure https protocol.

As the browser is loading your website as secure it won't load anything which is not being served over https (if you look at the source the banner is pointing to you'll see it's missing the s after http

To confirm it load this webpage without the s after http (I won't post a link as I wouldn't want Google to see a non https version) and all the banners should load (at least they are on my computer). I could be barking up the wrong tree but this was the only error the Chrome developer console was flaggng up.

I'd ask your affiliate manager if they have the banners available on a secure URL.
