Good morning all! I've not been online much recently due to the traumas of work but I am pleased to report I have got my £100 saved up to start my MB In fact I've saved £180 - now I'm a bit worried as reading a few threads people are saying £500 is better.... I do get that more is erm....more in this respect, but will I be ok with £180? I plan to sign up & get started tomorrow - looking forward to it but also very nervous!

£150 is fine

I only started with £50!!!

Yes, don't worry, £180 is absolutely fine! People say it's better with more because it just means you can move on to the next offer without having to wait for any withdrawals to hit your bank account, but I'm a big advocate of slow and steady when just starting out anyhow.

Yes, just go at a pace that you're comfortable with. Trying to use too many offers at once can be confusing at first!

Another quick question - is it best to do the 7 day free trial with PA or just sign up to the premium option straightaway?
I'm only going to be able to do this evenings and weekends at the moment - is that enough time? (sorry that's 2 questions)

It’s a 3 day trial at the moment not 7 I’m afraid

The money from the two offers on the free trial will more than cover the premium sub

Well I have failed miserably. Signed up with Coral & Betfair fine, then clicked 'oddsmatcher' on PA and the page won't load, tried about 4 times now & big fat zilch.

Working fine here and can see any reports on the PA forum of it not working

I only just started MB'ing myself this month. It's really daunting to start with! But once you've got a few under your belt it becomes a breeze; you'll be doing it in minutes compared to half-hours!

For the Coral offer I found it useful to watch the video through in its entirety once, and then start-stopping it to do my own offer just replacing the figures shown in the video with ones I've gained from the Oddsmatcher. Just literally take it a step at a time and triple check everything.

It has taken me a while to get going - partly not sure and partly not willing to place big bets. It does get easier the more you do it.

Hi and welcome @JLizzieB As others have said, just take it slow and steady. There is a lot to take in so my advice would be to only read up on or watch the training videos of the current offer or bet you are doing until it sinks in.
That way you are not filling your head with too much information all in one go.

Everyone has their own pace, you just need to find yours - oh, and there is no such thing as a silly question on this forum, so don't be afraid to ask us

OK I've just spent 45 mins trying to place a bet on Coral but the bet slip won't load? Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong - I've been going step by step with the PA video but what they're showing isn't the same as my bet slip. I clicked on the odds for Man Utd but nothing happened in the bet slip window. Sorry for being dim!
*sigh* I will have to try again after work!

Looks like you've managed to turn on QuickBet on the Coral website

Log out and back again again on Coral and Quickbet should turn itself off again

I'm £26 up - whoop whoop Just signed up for the £1 for 3 days premium offer with PA which will then convert to the full monthly payment. I will check the offers out at the weekend when I'm not rushing to get ready for work. Do you do the offers in order or is it ok to choose them randomly? Headache from hell at the moment which is why I'm not diving in straightaway. Fingers crossed!

I had an email from William Hill offering 3 x free £5 bets for a £10 bet - I'm thinking this is a good thing & I should do it?
Also had an email from Betfair offering 10 free casino spins with no outlay - should I do this or leave it - sounds like a good thing to me but being a novice I might be wrong
