I joined Intellizoom recently , completed two studies but couldnt find how to check balance for cash out. Ive emailed them and this is the reply. Do they just pay out per study or is there a cash out level?

Sorry for the confusion about how to check previously completed studies and know if your result was accepted.

Currently, we do not offer the functionality for participants to monitor this. When you receive study invitations to your email, you will need to manually track the Unique Study ID for each of the studies you are completing. If you have doubts about a particular study, you can reach out to us to look into it.

Now mind you, these methods are only temporary as we're currently muscling away at adding the functionality to the dashboard, which you'll have access to shortly (we'll officially announce this so that you're aware).

Payments for approved results are sent via PayPal 21 business days (not including weekends) after the study has officially been closed.

If you would like me to check any studies, just let me know the study ID's and I can advise you on the results of them.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns and we will be happy to help!

They still pay me through whatusersdo so not sure if its different if you sign up directly. I get paid automatically at the end of each month. There is no cash out level they will just pay you for whatever you've done up to the cut off point for that months pay run - which can be quite early in the month.
Basically you don't need to do anything other than wait.

just had an invite through from What Users Do - it says 'userzoom'.

So are WUD, Userzoom and Intellizoom the same company?

Yes I believe so. Userzoom being the parent company.

It's a bit of a strange one. I made an account a few months back with Intellizoom and I completed a study and waited for ages, not knowing whether it got accepted, then suddenly I got an email from PayPal saying I'd been paid from them. I've done a couple of studies since and been paid, it just takes a long time. You can't see what studies you've done or what payments are on there way, so best to keep track of it yourself. Hope that helps

Yes its a bit odd isnt it - considering its linked to What Users Do, which has a survey/ test history dashboard, you would think it would be similar. Ive done three Intellizooms now - I will more than likely have forgotten about them when the payment drops in!
