Is anyone else having issues with paypal?

I've been using my paypal account for years without any problems until yesterday and it's still not working today. It's when I go to withdraw my money. My bank account has always been linked to the withdrawal page but it's saying today that my bank doesn't accept transfers. I bank with halifax, there fore I can't get my money out of paypal. However I did see something on the media earlier about paypal info being leaked or something so wondered if it's a national issue to do with that.
Has anyone else tried withdrawing money today or yesterday?

Yes. I have had the same issue as you when I tried to withdraw to my Halifax account too. I will have a look again after the bank holiday.

I had the same problem when I tried to withdraw from my PayPal yesterday (to Halifax). My bank account wasn't linked anymore to make the transfer. I thought it was a problem with just my PayPal account for whatever reason, but after looking it up (Reddit, X), it's an issue that's affected millions of PayPal customers internationally over the past few days.

I was able to make the transfer today. Maybe PayPal's staggering the fix where it's now working for some folks in some countries and not for others. (p.s.: I'm in Cyprus.)

I'm glad it's not just me then. I even tried to re link my bank account to my paypal account the other day but it wouldn't accept it as it said it was already linked. Fingers crossed when I next log in, it will work. Glad it's working for you Arika
