Shopping centre giant Intu warns it could go bust

The owner of the Trafford Centre and Lakeside shopping centres reports a loss of £2bn.

What will happen to these shopping centres go bust? I assume the shops would still exist!

I would assume the shops will have a time frame in which to close down, if they go into administration then a buyer would be sort to try and keep it open but might be another big blow to the high street.

I believe we have 3 years of this and then the high street will start to bounce back as consumers realise they need to see what they are buying... but it will be hard for stores to stay afloat in the meantime.
