I was told on my exit email that payment would be mid to end of january at the end of the project
So I've got my contract, but I don't know what to put at "reference number" hopefully someone on here that has filled in one of these before can help.
with the isoftstone audio task we did last year when we filled in that form we had to put the project number that came with the email asking us to fill in that form if that make sense
It does make sense Jon, just looked at the email I got, and there is a number on it....I guess I could try that. If it's wrong they can send it back again.

I have been working on this collection project and we are now currently looking for accents in Scottish, Welsh and Irish.
The project will involve a conversation between two speakers of the same native language within a call center setting. The project deadline was originally due in September but this has been moved to 15th July so we are now working with really tight deadlines.
source 30 native speakers per language
o 15 pairs = 15 recorded sessions (each pair to record 1 session)
o 1 speaker using cell phone = calling as “client”
o 1 speaker using USB headset = providing support as “agent”
o spontaneous speech using basic templates/scenarios to be supplied by the client
3 scenarios to choose from: Credit Union, Car Insurance, and ISP upgrades
§ Example: you need to add a car to your insurance, you are unhappy with your current bill, try to negotiate better rates, etc. (trying to simulate real support call)
o participants to use fictional names, ages, account numbers, address, IDs, etc.
o recorded in quiet room without background noises
- target is 1-2 hours of net audio per language
- average call time 6-10 min
- using audio software provided by the client
- planned start: Started
- tentative deadline: 15th July 2020

I am currently facilitating this with some contacts locally in Oxfordshire and there is an opportunity for you to work on this remotely, I will be available to help with the installations, it would also be great if you could recommend anyone that is suitable given that the deadline for this collection is approaching.
Please find attached instructions. The installation files are too large to send collectively but they are ready to send over and I can support the set up. You will also require a usb headset for the laptop. We will also have the support of the technical guys from Teemwork.
