Hi,

I'm new to the boards and trying to get to grips with this moneymaking lark. A mature student juggling study and bits of part time work.
bits of
Making a start with surveys and apps and having a go at matched betting. I've found the toolkit and the survey bible really helpful.

I've signed up to the following:

Prolific Academic
Pinecone
Opinion Outpost
Global Test Market
YouGov
Mintvine
Values Opinions
Populus Live
MySurvey

and maybe one or two more that I've forgotten!

I've done the beginner offers on Profit Accumulator, but right now the betfair site seems to be down so I can't use my free bet from Betfred!

Interested to see what other newbies are using and how you are getting on.

Oh and I forgot to mention trying out apps: Streetspotr and Streetbees. My phone's an Android so I can't get Field Agent but hopefully I'll be able to get the Roamler invite code soon. :)

How are you getting on?

Interested in which survey sites you are finding to be worthwhile...

I'm on Prolific and have found it great so far but gonna sign up to some more over the next couple of days!

Hi #LuckyJ

Prolific do seem to be one of the best, I have come close to the £20 fee-free cashout level and now I'm waiting impatiently for one or two more studies! They're much more interesting than most and well paid as you've probably worked out.

Pinecone have sent me three emails since siginng up about two weeks ago, two I didn't get to in time but I've completed one. So not that frequent, but worthwhile at £3 per survey! and nice and user-friendly.
YouGov are sending me about one a day and they are fairly interesting but only worth about 50p a time and you need to get to £50 to cash out!
GlobalTestMarket, Mysurvey and Mintvine send several surveys every day but they go qulckly. I find Mysurvey really glitchy, I get screened out a fair bit and that often takes you to an error page and logs you out, so not my favourite but you do get to cash out regularly as they are so frequent. Mintvine and GlobalTestMarket are a little better, frequent but still tend to screen you out a lot and you have to grab them quickly.

Had a couple of decent jobs from Streetspotr, I'm in a city and they're pretty frequent..I don't drive so it depends on me being available and in the area at the right time. Could be a great little earner if I could get to more of them.

How about you?

Hi [member=3699]Mountainways[/member]

Hope you don’t mind me popping in!

I am literally in the same position you are, just starting out, as well as the bigger earners like Leapforce etc, I too wanted to give surveys a try and I have a few more on my sign up list, if you are interested, I do believe that [member=920]katykicker[/member] is the survey queen and has done a wicked post on this site somewhere, its packed with tons of great info.

Anyway, a few more sites im signing up to are:

SurveyNetwork
Viewsbank
i-Say
YourSayPAy
MyVoice
OnePoll
Panelbase
Panel Opinion

I don’t know how lucrative these sites are yet, but it’s worth a shot!

Ta! Sarah

Hi and thanks for the suggestions @lilibugmum, there's some more I hadn't heard of there. ☺Seems to b a good strategy to sign up for lots and see what works.

I've signed up to most of those but so far am finding Prolific Academic and MintVine to be the best. All the others I've joined seem to be a bit hit and miss for survey availability and also are taking a long time to build up points. OnePoll is good but I'm nowhere near the £40 cash out point yet!
