I found a website called King of Prizes. It's very similar to Swagbucks. you can earn Koins, as they call them, doing surveys, tasks, with clicks or even playing Counter Strike.
You can exchange your Koins for Paypal vouchers. You need to add your Paypal account email to your profile and then go to Shop and choose one of the Paypal vouchers. They don't show up until you have added your Paypal account to your profile. For what I've read, it takes them about 2-3 days to process the payment once you have redeemed your voucher.
