Love Roamler, have downloaded Field Agent but no jobs!

Am I doing something wrong?

Jon I think you said you used both. I had a quick look at the reviews and there were others saying it was a waste of time and never had any jobs. Is it the app with the orange tie?

Just while I'm mentioning Roamler. I got led on a wild goose chase this morning unfortunately trying to do the cooler challenge. I went to the address and it was a cottage not a business, however the pin on these was in a slightly different location that I would need to jump gardens to access. I sent them a message and they write back an hour later to say to submit the task with a photo of the cottage and an explanation that the address was wrong.

By the time we came back to the location, on the way home from our day out, the task had expired. They kindly reinstated it for me and I could go back tomorrow. My question is, would I still get paid if I couldn't find the location and instead took a picture of the cottage (which happens to have the location address on a name plate attached to the house)? Or should I just leave it and wait for some more jobs to come up?

Field agent

No It is not a con. Jobs are not "constantly" on the app like roamler. It is Much more as hoc

It's important to keep up to date on their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/FieldAgentUK as they announce when jobs are going to appear on there

Now if I look at my field agent app I can see
4 pub checks
1 VW check
44 tobacco checks
7 drinks checks

Did anything popup when you joined up saying are you willing to do tobacco/drinks tasks? If not drop them an email through the app and they will sort it for you

If you look at the field agent thread on here you will see I have made posts when jobs were going to live so there is always a lot of new stuff each week.

Roamler

Being sent to places and it not existing is not uncommon. Take a picture of the cottage and they will pay you.

The rule of thumb with these apps is that if a location does not exist . Take a outside photo of what is there and explain in the app. Never not known either app
Pay you as long as you do that.

Always complete the tasks at the location (the only exception I can think of is the roamler takeaway checks)
