Do you need an IPhone for these? I travel around various communities, so might be able too do this type of thing, but have a Galaxy S5

If you have a galaxy phone [member=4847]BJ[/member] you can download all those apps EXCEPT Task360 and Field Agent which are exclusive to iphones

Thanks for the "big up" [member=920]katykicker[/member]
Of all the money making things i do, Task apps are far and away my biggest earner and favourite.
All the apps mentioned above can and will earn you easy money.. The only limit is how much you want to put into it, but, Apps can be VERY off and on.. Personally i more or less calmed down to just using Task 360 for the latter half of last year, because jobs were fairly regular, fairly simple and fairly well paid with the ability to make a lot of money in a short time..(Became somewhat spoilt... a simple £6 5 minute task on T360 or a £2 20 minute one on Roamler... i got picky!) just checking the other apps (daily) in case anything good came on (which they did) I do a lot of travelling around the UK which puts me in a unique position to do the task apps, but, even when not working i can do well, I did my first task of the year on friday night (Blades on Task 360) and since friday using ONLY Task 360 and Roamler (An app i had'nt done a job on in several months) i am £645 richer than i was on friday morning... MOST of that earned within 50 miles of my home!!. That kind of result however is the exception and NOT the norm, but, it shows that it pays to check the apps regulary (Costs nothing more than 2 mins of your time). Between this and all the other great posts on the 30 day challenge by [member=920]katykicker[/member] (great work with this Katy) you can be quids in.

What area of UK are you?

If you are in a big city or close enough, you are lucky. If you are in a small town, it is more tricky. You may get odd jobs but I even didn't earn as much as others even when I was in Manchester. If you travel for work, it is a great opportunity however.

I live in a small town and have about half of the apps mentioned in the post but I hardly ever get any tasks :'( I am interested to give it a go next time I'm in London and see what the difference is. Also, maybe I don't check in enough. Do tasks tend to come and go very quickly?

Yeah they can do.... some tasks are done to a quota, for example maybe they need 100 results nationwide once the 100 is received the task ends... so with many apps it is survival of the fastest. obviously checking the apps often lifts your chance of getting in on those quota tasks. Some of the apps have facebook pages that they post up upcoming jobs, and, allowing push notifications is worthwhile too.

Cheers Mabozza. Good point about push notifications - I will check my settings.

I never really took these things seriously before but your earnings have got me intrigued!

The key to having success on apps when you are restricted by transport is, have ALL the good apps and CHECK them regularly. It is very true that the apps have more quiet time than busy time, but by having several apps to check out your likelihood of finding something is greatly increased.. for example.. First major tasks of the year on T360 were Blades on friday/saturday last, then i was lucky enough to find myself in Birmingham and hoovered up a ton of billboards on saturday... since then there has been nothing on T360, but on monday i found £5..1 minute tasks appear on Roamler (Which went up to £6 on tuesday before ending on tuesday night) and today i did about 7 bookies tasks at £10 a time on BeMyEye all from having a look at the apps to see what is about.

Hi [member=4063]DisneyB[/member] I think most of them allow you to set alerts, that way if a great job came up you'd get a notification hopefully!

This thread has got me intrigued, but leads to more questions.

I use an Android phone, so I've looked at Roamler, but need a code. How do I know which are the other Apps I should use and which are scams? I'm always suspicious about downloading stuff on my phone without hearing about other people's experiences first.

Thanks.
