Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of matched betting from outside the UK please?
I spend quite a lot of time out of the UK and so far have done all my sign-up's using a VPN without any difficulties. I know that there are some Bookies who block VPN's and I'll probably do those sign-up's in the UK.
However, I'm finding that where some sites use third parties to provide their add-on's e.g. bingo or casino, I can't get that part of the site to load and I'm not sure if it's because the VPN is blocked by the 3rd party, or if I don't have enough bandwidth for the games.
This afternoon, I tried to use my free spins at one Bookie and kept getting an error message to check my internet connection. In the end, I decided to risk it and signed in without using the VPN. The game still didn't load but when I switched my TV off, which is also coming over the internet, the game loaded and I was able to play. I should really have done it the other way round and switched the TV off first!
Now I'm in a dilemma because if I can use that site without a VPN then that would make life a lot easier but I'm worried that their daily reports will show up my IP address as outside the UK and then I'll get blocked.
If there's anyone out there that has experience of MBing from outside the UK, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on how to approach it going forward please.
Thankyou
