Hey Guys,

I've been lurking for a bit and thought I'd finally join in! I'm posting here because all my activities are from casino offers, which is not risk-free at all. So, it's not an encouraging one that fits some other money making challenge others are recording.

I've been MBing for 4 years and made LOTS of money. Nearly all sports account is gubbed. Soley doing casino offers for about 2.5 years now. Only have 1 account, FYI.

With sport offers no longer available and casino offers too dwindling, I'm having the worst year since I've started MB in 2014. The reason I've joined here is, now I really need to look after every penny. From Oct to Jan, I do really need to make as much money as I can.

To show you what it's been like in the past 2 years and how bad it got, here are my P&Ls from Oct to Jan in 2016 and 2017.

2016 - Oct £2,512.47 / Nov £2,531.97 / Dec £1,010.05 / Jan (2017) £6,014.85 = £12,069.34

2017 - Oct £331.88 / Nov £2,383.36 / Dec -£433.72 / Jan (2018) £1,700.27 = £3,981.79

And I made an incredible amount of money in 2014 & 2015

So, I had good reasons to carry on. But look at how low the profit got in 2017. And this year 2018 has been worse. From Jan to Sept, that's 9 months! -, the total profit is £2,961.56. It means I had MANY days and months when I made losses.

The trouble with MBing especially with casino offers, if you've been doing as long as I've been (and doing it every day!), you can get inadvertently pulled into a lure of big wins and be desensitised to small wins.

When offers aren't as many as they used to, I simply cannot have the same attitude e.g spinning extra to try out luck. My 9 months' meagre profit is living proof.

So here I am to appreciate every penny.

You will see plenty of losses recorded in my daily P&L from here on. It's a nature of the game - volatility of slots. The only way to come out the top from this game is to not chase losses, strictly do offers and appreciate every penny. Publishing my daily record is to keep a tight leash on my attitude towards casino offers and small wins. And make as much as I can in the next 4 months.

Who knows. It may get so bad - zero offers or losing too much - that I may be forced to stop doing altogether eventually. Hope it doesn't come to that. And I want to continue to make money but you never know.

I will not post the name of casino sites. If you're already in the game, you'll know it by the description of the offers I do. If you don't, it's probably a good thing that you aren't doing these offers.

Anyhow, it's really for myself, giving my all for the last time, I suppose.

Wish me luck!! :)

This sure is a risky plan but will be interesting to see how it plays out.

In some ways your losses seem the result of loss chasing but I could be wrong as I don’t know which offers you were doing :)

Thank you for posting this, as you've shared some of the points my husband and I have raised with each other about matched betting. It seems that there is money to be made if you are a very disciplined person, but the nature of the 'game' is to lure you in to do more, which is a real concern for some people, especially when you are doing it because you need to make money, versus using expendable income. Look forward to seeing your updates :)

hmmm. I thought posting here would be an easy 'copy and paste' of my spreadsheet. Instead, everything looks messy. How can we display each entry neat? Another way was copy and paste it to Word, then post it here. But it's too much work to do every day. There's gotta be a quicker way? Attach screenshots? Again, too much work :(

One more thing - we don't have a font colour? Showing all losses in red is a good thing, I think.

Day 1 - I have 11 entries and ended up with -£143.74.

(It's always going to be the previous day's "work" I'm posting)

Hopefully, I can figure out how to post each entry neatly and show what offers I've done.

Bad start but hope it gets better!

Thanks, Jon - my mental energy, however, says NO to even 10 seconds :p

Copying into Notepad seems better but still, needs loads of tweaking. Will see if I can find an easier way.

Day 2 - 12 offers - £196.45

Total to date - £340.19

Not good. Even on good days, I've avoided doing bonus offers that require turning over 35 or 40 times on D&B. But I've ventured into several offers yesterday. Didn't work out.

I'm gonna put a hold on these offers for a bit.

offers that have wagering requirements of 30+ are just not worth your time!!

I took a £20 bonus through x35 wagering on slots recently with £180 profit. I count it as one of my greatest achievements in life so far. Wagered on Gonzo and the stones thing with the big heads mainly.

I got lucky but I think I will stick to my risk free offers in future.

I'm not here to encourage anyone. Or discourage, for that matter.

But it has been working for me. Take it from my OP 2016 - 2017 profits. Here is a screenshot of Oct and Jan. And the numbers in 2014, 2015 and 2016 were phenomenal.

A casino is where the real money is. If you stick to sports and risk-free offers and, say, have 2 accounts, you'd make around £400 per month.

All those 30x offers have a greater risk. You have money that you can afford to lose, time to grind and nerve to smooth out the rough periods. Then, the rewards are worthwhile (to me, anyway). Otherwise, forget it.

My problem has been because I've had many big wins, when I have, say, £25 profits, it doesn't feel like profits. And I'd end up with £12.50 profits instead after playing a bit more. So, I created this post to remind me that I'm intending to gather every penny as a reward. Because casino offers are diminishing.

Day 3 - 6 offers - £6.02

Total to date - £334.17

I'm gonna just post a number of offers each day. A lot simpler and saves time. And still it serves its purpose - I'm gathering all the pennies unless I bust out on offers!

lol!

I can never feel 'achievements' no matter how much I make. I don't feel good about doing it but I like money! :D

Day 9 - 7 offers - £99.66

TTD - £432.19

Tough day. Every single offer lost me money. Being hammered by the other side of EV!
