I do get more from TCB however Awin gets me paid for the sign up and TCB then pay when they reach payout.

I got 20 people signing up during the recent TCB treasure hunt. so far only one person is showing as having earnt some cashback. If I had to guess they won 10p in the hunt.

I get about 1 person a month reaching payout in TCB. I've had about 90k people click through a link to TCB and i'm showing 130 sign-ups. Hopefully this will improve further over time.

Still haven't replied. Its been over 2 months now and a couple of chaser emails. Have now tweeted them.

:)

And its a 'no' from them.

"Thank you so much for sending in your analytics. We did receive word back from preliminary approvals today, and the majority were unable to approve your site. We are not provided with details; it's just a simple approval or rejection, so we can't provide more insight. I'm sorry about that.

We know that if we have several advertisers refuse to work on a specific domain, we simply will not earn well for you. We would never want to lock you into a contract when we wouldn't earn you the most money possible, so we are unable to work together."

I'm sorry that they don't give us any feedback or reasoning in their decisions, but they only give us an 'approve' or 'deny'. Without having the majority of partners on board, your ads would not perform to the best of their ability, so we're unable to accept you at this time.

nevermind - looks like I wont be making the big bucks

:)

Yeah that’s the standard reply they send out.

Have you ever been kicked off Google Adsense by any chance?

nope.

Its currently my highest earner!
See I had a theory (and I think @katykicker did too) that if your Google Adsense account isn’t in good “standing” media vine don’t approve you so I guess that wipes that theory out then!!

Makes no sense for them not to approve you at all since you hit the traffic quota

I guess they either didn’t like my content OR they just aren’t approving people at the moment.

Maybe I’ll apply against next year.

Well, I've applied twice (maybe 3 times) and they've always sent me back the exact same email you got even though I was above their traffic threshold!

pff, bloody ad networks!

I'm going to guess possibly the content? Money blogs don't really have the range they're probably looking for, not compared to sites where they can show ads for clothing, appliances, food, toys etc

If I look on my site I have ads for makeup, car insurance, holidays, clothing, Spotify and I assume it's because I cover a range of subjects or subjects they have more clients for?

Is there scope for you to branch out maybe? Start looking at Lifestyle in general rather mostly focusing on money - I know you do other things like review restaurants etc but from your homepage, I see it as mostly money related and so will their clients.

They open decline people who have more than a fixed amount of their traffic from just a handful of their content.

Is this a 'not enough time in the day' issue you are having here? I had that, had that to the point of working until 11 pm during the week trying to do everything!! Just remember with 1,2 or 3 there are so set timescales. Just take everything at your own pace!

I want to try to allocate a bit of time to this of an evening. I need to get a bit of structure together as most evenings are spent playing my PS4 and I could probably do with a little more blogging.

I've got plenty of pending posts which are waiting for me to load the pictures for them.

Then I've got to interact more.

Finally I've got to guest post a bit more.

None of it is rocket science. But I still need to JFDI!
