More passive income ideas.....

So I see everyone's goal really is to earn money, but mine is to do it while I am also asleep and doing other stuff (no better feeling to wakeup to money you have earnt overnight)

So this is just an idea exchange of things to try, the ways I am currently doing this are

Premium bonds
P2P loans
Stocks and shares investment - Div payments
Surveys -refs and doing my own
Blog - (on its way)
renting out a shared unit
Rent a room scheme
Phone apps

just wondering if there are any other avenues which might be worth investigating?

I have a few servers at home not doing much but they are no good for mining its a shame I cannot use them as a revenue stream but theres nothing online I can find to earn from them.

not sure of the legalities of renting out cars but I'm guessing insurances need changing and legal forms just incase someone gets caught speeding
car park space is one I'm looking into but the returns are not that good in York

There's a company you can do this through - I've used it as a customer to hire a car and it was all very good. Much cheaper than the main rental companies.

The servers maybe useful if you look into start up crypto currency, the tend to be easily mineable but a risk. Passive apps I will add you to a group convo on here that might help out.

My plan is to head down the route of self-publishing books on Amazon via the Kindle store. But I think the first step is to get a blog/vlog set up with a dedicated audience who will then look to purchase the books.
