Mostly gain additional income and reduce spending to increase the amount I can invest - creating a fund for my children.

There are a lot of ways to make money. Jon has a few blogs about it and there will be lots of ideas to make more money and the links are to the right of this conversation. If there is much about saving money I have not seen it - sorry Jon if there is a lot.
