Mugging question

Right, I'm giving match betting a go for the 2nd time. I was doing OK last time but then my PC fried & I had to withdraw my balance to buy a new one & it's taken me a while to get round to it again. I'm working through all the new sign-ups that weren't there last time & doing the odd reload on accounts I've already got. PA is brilliant, but one thing I'd forgotten is how overwhelming the sheer volume of info on the forum can be!

In particular the mugging advice seems to have grown beyond all comprehension & I was wondering what levels of mugging most match bettors actually do. I get the idea of building a "profile" with bookies, but TBH if I followed the 10 point plan on that I don't think I'd have time for any offers! I sort of figured that taking lower value on some qualifiers (90-93% matches, say) & doing the odd £5-£50 or £10-£100 challenge plus some mug acca betting once I get onto the accas would be enough. I don't want to get bogged down with mugging because i know what I'm like & I could easily spend so much time on minutiae that I miss the bigger picture, but on the other hand I don't want to be getting gubbed left, right & centre either.

So, basically my question is - how much mugging does everyone do? Does what I suggest above sound enough or should I do more (particularly with the "best" bookies like 365, PP etc)? Any thoughts would be appreciated, really.

Mugging can be over thought

I just mug bet once per offer I do

I’ve only lost a handful of account 4 years later - there’s no “secret tactic” to mug betting apart from maybe bet on the premier league and not Iran Divison 2

Sweet, thanks Jon.

I have a tendency to over-think things & the PA forum definitely feeds that. Determined to keep it simple & manageable so I can make this work. Cheers.

I tried placing the odd low stake doubles/trebles on the horse racing each week on the major bookies, which worked for a while, until a recent Corals & Ladbrokes gubbing! PA does advise that bookies like bettors who place Accas though.

Spot on. They love free bets being used on Accas as the chances of you winning them are low!
