Hello,

So following on from reading some posts on here I thought I'd start a money making diary. I have thought long and hard about a target, and for now I have decided to keep going until I make £1k, whenever that may be and review from there. That covers some expenditure this year!

So far this month I've made:

StreetSpotr - £57 (Burger King / McDonalds tasks)
ClicandWalk - £5 (remote control task)
StreetBees - £1 (lateness task)

Haven't done ANY surveys in a while and will get back up to speed with them!

Thank you everyone on this site for your motivation, and for making me realize that writing this stuff down helps - realising I've made £63 this month is a nice feeling!

Just been diarising some of my earnings so far this month...

Survey sites
Populus Live £12
GlobalTestMarket £1.50
Ipsos I-Say £0.33
YouGov £1.50

Mystery Shopping
BeMyEye £10
StreetSpotr £57
ClicandWalk £5

Other
WhatUsersDo £5
StreetBees £1

Total £93.33

After having a mild shock when looking at my bank balance, this has motivated me more to earn some money this month. I see there's a few quid to be earned on StreetSpotr so I'll be looking at that this weekend.

Just finished totting up my total for February... I started my diary on the 16th and successfully earned £208.68 in just 12 days.

Most of this was StreetSpotr (as above) but I've found there's decent money to be made on Whatusersdo and Populus Live for which I've had a number of high-paying surveys this month.

BeMyEye has also been really good.

I'm already a fifth of the way to my £1k target and with a full month under my belt this month, I hope to earn at least as much again. Already done a Roamler task and BeMyEye task today, if they both come off it's £7 already!

That's amazing in 12 days! Especially with most of it being from the one app, good work! :D

I downloaded every single app on here! What do you do with the money? Do you save them in some sort of savings account or just don't claim them yet from the apps?

It is not a good idea to leave money in survey sites or apps as some can go bust or cancel accounts. It is better to set up an account which pays a bit of interest. I think some people buy premium bonds. I add Amazon vouchers to my Amazon account for presents, any other vouchers I save for Christmas and I keep about £50.00 in PayPal for small purchases. Anything else I treat as normal income and spend.

Hi, I've claimed them from the apps; as @fraserbooks mentions I don't think it's a good idea to leave them in the apps, in case the company goes under.

I'm going to set up some sort of higher-interest account where I can stick the money at some point. An important point to note is that earning £200 in just over two weeks is more than I'd earn in interest in a year in any of the higher-interest accounts :)

Incidentally, I've withdrawn the money from BeMyEye and it's appeared in my Paypal pretty instantaenously.

There's just over a week to go in March, and whilst I haven't got a 100% accurate figure (as I wait for some tasks to be approved) I'm clear of £200 this month.

Last month, I achieved £208.68 so I'm on course to beat that. That means there's under £600 to go before my target is reached.

I'm seriously thinking about a blog now for the longer term...

Six days to go...

I'm now at £260 for the month, thanks mainly to a glut of opportunities on BeMyEye and StreetSpotr.

My total is now £468.08 - so nearly halfway towards my £1000 target.

Today I've identified another £25-odd worth of opportunities on a journey that I'm taking anyway. There is the possibility that I'll hit £300 or thereabouts this month - I have to say I would never have believed that was possible. And not a matched bet in sight.

£468 is a fantastic amount using the methods you have but is there a reason you're not doing Matched Betting to earn more for less time?

Yes. I did it for some time over the last couple of years, however over time I lost accounts ("no more free bets" etc). I made £2k from it, easily.

I've moved since then, have a new bank account etc and sometimes wonder if I could create new accounts... but I'm wary of it.
