Ah great thanks! Will take a look....I'd recommend if using youtube for research, Rachel Harrison sund and Stackin Profits.
I learnt most things at the beginning from Rachel's YouTube channel, and I recently bought Stackin Profits course and he's great too.
Only just saw your post now.I've been following your journey and it's very inspiring. I thought about giving this a go but I have seen a few posts on the kdp community which suggests amazon are trying to reduce the amount of low content books and things on their site so that is putting me off a bit. Have you heard much about this? Maybe it is just what a couple of people are saying but I kind of don't want to invest a lot of time if amazon are going to start refusing low content things.
Yeah, I kinda thought the same as in if some are selling, like yours, why would they stop you from selling. It is still an area i would like to explore as I enjoy design as a hobby so think I would enjoy it. You are doing amazing and it is great that you hit £1k today!Only just saw your post now.
They key would be to make quality books. I've not heard any truth about this, it's all speculation. But lots of people make bad quality spam books. E.g. a lined notebook with the same quote changing out the job title and the colour of the background and produce a few hundred of these. And then wonder why they don't sell.
Amazon's mission is to make money, so why would they stop people selling books that they make money on.
so pleased for you!Just earnt £100 in one day today! ( Also this doesn't include any black Friday sales as the Amazon sales dashboard updates when items get shipped rather than sold, so I'll find out my black Friday sales between Saturday and Tuesday depending on how fast things ship)
This is what I love about passive income, I've done less than 2 hours work today and probably only about 6 hours in total this week as I was feeling really lazy yet I've earnt £500 in 1 week.
All my previous work is paying off now.

Unless your books are Christmas specific or really geared towards gifts for other people, you might find it keeps going through Christmas as some people do a lot of online shopping even on Christmas day. And if more people are likely to be at home and doing things online they might also keep buying your books through the festive period fingers crossed.I'm having a great start to the month, I've made it to £320 so far in 3 days.
I've sold 43 books today and made £77 and it's only 3.30! I'm hoping to make at least another £40 today.
I'm hopeful that I can reach £2000 this month, but I'm not sure when sales will stop before Christmas.

I've made a decision today that I'd love to become self employed in a year to a year and a halfs a time. This all depends on how much I make next tax year. As I'm wanting to buy a house just outside London after April 2022 and will need 2 years of good tax returns for that.
If I don't make enough next tax year, I will wait till I have the mortgage to become self employed.
I've also decided to start on Etsy digital download printables. I've decided to start with some excel files that I've created and will broaden out and put on some printables that I've made for kdp.
