My survey

Hi my name is Anne, hello everyone. Been doing surveys a bit bit I am so frustrated with this latest survey that I thought I would ask for your help.
I opened a survey on my Dashboard of" My survey" an started doing the latest National Buying Survey. Its very long and i had done about 3 hours of it when I answered a question and my screen went blank. Not to worry I thought, go back in ten minutes and answer the rest. Sadly when i went back the screen says Ive completed it!
The dashboard says I have STILL to finish it. Tried customer support who want a invitation code or survey code which i cant provide as Im pretty sure I accessed it from the dasboard and it doesnt seem to have any numbers next to it. Has anyone got the survey code for it please or can offer some advice?

Hi Anne, sorry to hear you've had this problem. I would suggest going back to them and advising them it's the national buying survey and there is no code. I've had to do that once before.

There is also an area on your account to see completed surveys under survey history but obviously this may not be appearing there.

The fact that support has even replied to you is a good start tbh! Did you get an email invite as well by any chance? If so could be worth copying and pasting that over.

Thanks so much for a quick reply. I have contacted them again and stated there is no code so will see what happens. Ive gone through all my email invites and cannot find one for this. I actually think it was on the dashboard as an invite and i just clicked on it.
I will let you know the outcome- would not mind so much if it was a short survey!

I've only had 1 time I done this and didn't get an error or problem. I just skip them now.

I gave ClixSense another go, but find it frustrating. You can get 2/3 minutes in to the survey and then you get the dreaded "Sorry ......" Surely they have a better filtering process than this rather than let people get that far on before chucking you off?

I gave ClixSense another go, but find it frustrating. You can get 2/3 minutes in to the survey and then you get the dreaded "Sorry ......" Surely they have a better filtering process than this rather than let people get that far on before chucking you off?

I actually meant the ones in my favourite survey websites.

Tbh I don't really complete surveys on Clixsense much. When I do try I usually either get in or get the sorry message instantly (which I assume means they are full).

If you're not having any luck there then I would suggest looking at my favourite survey websites post, the likes of Prolific Academic, GlobalTestMarket and MintVine are good for me, among others.
