Basically they send you 'smart cards' that you send out in the post to various addresses, these are then tracked to make sure that items are being delivered as they should be

Royal Mail Surveys is a site that rewards you with stamps for helping them by posting tester letters back to them.

You then fill in a survey online telling them when you received their mail and when you posted yours back. They provide you with the necessary equipment you need (i.e stamped envelopes, addresses etc)

Good stuff, I imagine it is like most TNS stuff and there are £5 Love2Shop vouchers along the way...

Great.

I applied in January and only just got my welcome pack this week, so don't be discouraged.

Hmmmm - it's slightly concerning that they matched a not strictly correct street address to my postcode. This used to be a problem 3 or 4 years ago until I kicked up a fuss with the Royal Mail.

But I've signed up anyway - many thanks Jon

I've been on their panel now for a few years now. Every month I get a book of large 1st class & a book of normal 1st class stamps, occasionally I've even got a first day presentation pack & also get a few pounds worth of shopping vouchers too. Although you only do it for 6 months you can reapply to do it again every year.

I used to do this and the stamps were a massive bonus however I found it so very tedious having to be at different post boxes for different times and organising it around work and children that I think it was costing me. They do keep emailing me though and asking me to do it again....

Yeah I can see why that would be tedious; I'm lucky as there are only two post boxes where I live and both are on the school run :)

Same here.
I was with them for over a month and I gave up. While on the school run I needed to pick up my daughter remember about the post office (which is a mile from home and is not on my way). So for people who are passing post office and mailboxes thats ok - but for others it's too much hassle :(

I've got soooo many stamps from them as I don't use any - banking them up nicely for the Christmas cards :)

I have been doing this for a few years now , while yes i agree that it can be a bit tedious , it does only take 5 minutes max to enter recieved items info and about 15 mins to get your test item ready .
I am quite lucky as i have a post box on the next street and i pass 2 walking to work everyday and my main post office is only a 5 minute detour from for route home, So i would only say do this kind of work if you have a post box and post office close to home because come winter time if you are doing this during those months , it can be very unwelcoming having to go out just to post a test item.

While stamps are the main payment for doing this , they also do a few extra tasks which can be done every few weeks/months which you are paid for in high street voucher value £5 and this is only a few mins work a day for a few weeks.

I have just started my next round on the panel again this week.
