I'm pretty new to this site and have just signed up to start matched betting using the Profit Accumulator free trial. I've completed the Coral signup offer and tried to sign up to this morning. I created my account fine but found a problem trying to deposit money for my first bet using my debit card. The site told me to contact customer services, which I did using online chat.
I was told that my IP address was showing as coming from the US using a VPN and that was the reason I could not deposit funds.They asked me to send in ID to verify that I was in the UK, which I did and they were accepted.
I then went to deposit funds and had the same problem again, so phoned and was told that because the IP was in the US I couldn't use the website and they unhelpfully told me that because the issue was at my end not theirs they couldn't do anything to help me and I can't use the website! I also can't close my account and try again because there is a limit of 1 per person and it will still remain on the the system...
...so does anyone have any ideas as I am very confused and don't know what to do next....I was using my home wifi, which is most definitely in the UK!! Any help would be much appreciated please.
