Hi all, I'm new here and I'm really interested in matched betting, it seems like such an easy way to make money but I'm really scared of doing it wrong as I don't have money to waste. I'd be really happy just to make an extra £10 a week but I'm worried about losing hundreds. It would really help to have a real person who actually does matched bettting, that I could talk to and ask questions of, I know this is asking a lot but I would be more than willing to pay it forward once I got the hang of it. So basically if anyone wants to help a complete matched betting noob out, I would be so grateful. Thank you all and sorry for rambling.

Hey @Aetch
Just ask on here if you need any help but honestly once you get started you will find Profit Accumulator hold you hand the ENTIRE way and even have a phone number you can call if you need any help.

Reading about stuff endlessly can always make things seem more scary or complicated than they are. Just give the free trial a go by clicking the banner above and take your time. Everything is laid out in clear english explaining what you have to do with each offer but like I said we're always here if you need any help

Thanks so much for such a quick reply @Jon. I do have one quick question, does it take a long time to be able to access any of the money you win? Say I won £5 on a bet do I have to wait weeks to be able to withdraw it?

no withdrawals typically take around 2-3 working days I would say with most bookies

@Jon That's awesome, thank you for replying. My main big worry is that it sounds too good to be true and the pessimist in me just keeps saying if it seems too good to be true, it probably is, but there seems to be lots of real people on here who really do it.

yeah it's real, it's not a case of it being too good to be true.

People people think 'earning online' is just low paying surveys etc and then they come here and see that isn't the case AT ALL

Here's my journey with matched betting

Well, I took the plunge, I placed a bet on the Sporting Lisbon Vs Olympiakos match that's on tonight, I should make around £13, fingers crossed I've done it right, and thanks everyone.

Aw best of luck Aetch but you won't need it as long as you just go through what Profit Accumulator says step by step. I've only been doing it a fortnight - verrrry slowly as like you I didn't believe it plus I was ashamed to tell anyone it was 'betting' and as half of my family are addicts of one type or another I was very worried about getting hooked. But it's not like betting at all - it's just maths and there is no gamble and risk. I've made £40 so far - in two weeks, but I am going very slowly and don't have loads to invest immediately.

It is a bit bonkers though isn't it - are you trying any other ways to make extra cash? I'm trying a few bits - I've made over £100 extra in Nov so far but I'm literally just getting started. Trying to save £10,000 for a deposit for a house......so I'll need a bit more than £100 a month

I understand how you feel but it's just a case of following very simple instructions and the likes of profit Accumulator do hold your hand the entire time with videos and very, VERY easy to follow instructions so you can't go wrong :)

Great News!

I'm not sure if PA or OM or whoever tell you but you'll read about it most places, don't always go for the highest return from their suggested matches. If you aren't careful you'll be betting on Thai football on a monday night, Spanish beaver wrestling on a thursday and Venusalian Gorilla cricket at the weekend. It creates a very dodgy looking betting profile and may highlight you as a bonus bagger.

I tend to stick to England/UK International matches (any sport)
English/Scottish football leagues.
'Bigger' football matches (one-offs)

I might lose 3p in the pound from my bonus but I think it makes me 'look' more like a casual gambler rather than someone hunting bonuses.

You also don't need to always take the maximum they offer in free bets. When it says 'upto £30 free bet when you place a bet upto £30', occasionally place a £20 bet and get the £20 free bet.

The final one is you don't have to take every free bet.

The actual final one is 'mug bet'. This is when you place a bet at the bookies and the exchange for a small loss, just to show you are a casual punter. Not every bet you make should be a QL-type bet.

:)

@lyns86 I'm sorry it's taken so long to reply. I have made made some money, but with it being over Christmas I needed to take it out. I'm starting again properly this new year, I've already placed a few bets. :)
