Hi,

I'm looking at ways of making a bit of extra money online in my spare time and was impressed by this website. I just thought I'd come by and say hello. :)

My aim eventually would be to make £100 a week but I know it's realistic to start small.

I don't know if a having a particular skill set matters but I can use a computer/laptop/phone tablet/ quite proficiently and my talents veer more to the humanities side of things than anything else. I am good at anything connected with reading and writing.

I can't think of anything else now so I'll just sign off now and I look forward to talking to you.

:)

Hi [member=1839]Notherenorthere[/member],

As @jon will tell you that is achievable. I'm not there yet as I have my own business and work loads of hours, but I'm sure if I was at home more I would. Saying that I have got a what should have been a focus group meeting , but they are coming to my place interviewing one to one. That is £40 for the hour. Also I have earnt£14 in 40 mins from streetspotr. Last week I earnt about £ 60 from sites I have joined thru this website and the great guys on here. Wish you the best of luck

Lots of sites in the link on my signature that may help. £100 is what I made in my first full year roughly. Definitely achievable. Good luck to you and welcome.

Hi notherenorehere

Welcome to the forum and hope you start making your £100 a week very soon! One thing I have learned is that so many make money online systems rely on you recruiting or referring other people, which can be difficult if you're starting out. A lot of things are made to sound wonderful, and yes they may have a lot of money potential, but succeeding can be based more upon who you know, or who you can persuade to join you.

In my experience, the easiest way to make a serious amount of money online is through matched betting. You're not dependent upon anyone else, you're just following a simple formula, taping in a few keys. No selling or recruiting needed, and no other skills needed either.

That's my view. I'm always keen to know if anyone has found a bettter way. :)

There are plenty of legit and easy ways to make money on here.
Plenty of apps if you have a Smartphone like Field Agent if you have an IPhone or otherwise if you are on Android then there is Roamler and Streetspotr and clic&walk just to name a few that will make you a decent amount of money.

At least you seem to have your feet firmly on the ground with regards to targets. £100pw is definitely achievable, but give it a few months before you start seeing the results.

This business requires patience and lots of trial and error.

All the Best :)

How are you getting on. It's good to know that your target is achievable. I'm aiming for £50 per week, as that would make such a difference.

Welcome to the site.
I work for Leapforce as a web search evaluator, which boosts my income considerably (link in my signature). I also do What Users Do and edigital research - both are very good. There is plenty of info on this site. Also, from time to time, I post focus groups (mainly online) on my thread, which is a nice little earner if you fit the bill. http://www.themoneyshed.co.uk/index.php?topic=2493.0
