I downgraded my installed version of Internet Explorer 11 to 8, and can log in ok.

I applied a few days later than most people posting so haven't heard anything yet. I have a newish laptop with Windows 8.1 so reading all this with interest! Hope you all get sorted.

I am at a loss as to what to do - have got older version of IE on old laptop and still I can't login. Ready to give up.

Right let's try and get this sorted for you

I am running Windows 7 with IE8 and I can get in fine

What version of windows are you running and what version of IE?

I am using Windows 7 - am borrowing daughter's laptop now so am just uninstalling update for IE 11 so will try again in a minute. Have already got the Net Framework 4 or above on this machine.

I have been accepted by this company for a crowd worker and received email with following statement in it: "You can use Internet Explorer 10 or 11 to work on UHRS". Maybe it this same for everyone?
And maybe you don't have to hassle around with downgrading IE and stuff?

No - the email I have had says I need IE 9/10 - hence all the hassle!

Am just uninstalling IE 10 update now - fingers crossed that works.

They've sent an email telling us to hold off on the training. Just thought I'd post incase anyone has missed the email as it went to my spam folder, and I nearly started the second part.

Ok I got an e-mail back regarding the erro of not being able to log in asking what windows version I was using and what version of Internet Explorer I have. So I e-mailed back to say I was using Windows 8 and IE 10 and got this reply:

Thank you. I am following up with IT support now. Please bear with me while we resolve the issue. I will be back in touch within 48 hours with an update.

I will post when I get a reply back.

How is everybody getting on? It seems to have gone quiet.

I've heard nothing back from them since sending off a new Live ID

got told to stop it as microsoft are updating something

got email from isoft to say that I have been rejected for a position

literally no idea if I am honest lol

Seems like they have got allot of problems with their system.
I am still waiting to hear back after being told they would get back to me in 48hrs regarding not being able to login.
How can you be rejected when you haven't even completed the training?
Must be a mistake or another problem that needs sorting out. ::)

I got sent a new login and now it works fine - but I haven't heard anything since either. Last message was wait 48 hours too. I wonder if the rejection message is automatic if those 48 hours have passed? Am still working way through the guidelines.

I haven't heard anything since I sent off NDA 10 days ago. Did it take you all this long to get a reply?

it seems to depend on the role

the £9 an hour job had to wait

the 0.03 cents job seemed to get replies quite quickly

I appear to be stuck in purgatory with the whole thing lol

I've had an email this morning inviting me to start training for the evaluator role :)

I had an email this morning in my hotmail account (new account I made for this role) to say that Microsoft have changed the guidelines so we need to read through the new ones and then we can complete the training set. Might be worth checking other email accounts/spam folders
