Hey all
Hoping someone can help me. I am a member of a committee for a sports club. The secretary is shit, never turns up, and causes problems. At the annual meeting, we all voted for another lass to take over. Now the original secretary has found out, and is pissed off. She has a cheek as her child never comes to the club any more, she never sends her apologies when she doesn't turn up to a meeting and is just basically a pain. It is meant to be a group of mothers all getting together for the good of the club, and she thinks she's fucking Alan Sugar at the helm of some multi-million pound corporation. Anyway. If it was up to me, I would just tell her to piss off and be done with it. However, it is not up to me, and it is upsetting this other lass who is the new secretary, and is my pal, and bends over backwards to help the club out. So, what I am after, is someone who knows the rules/regulations of committees for clubs, particularly the point about members being able to be voted off even if they haven't resigned. A link to where you find this info would be ace if possible. And thanks for reading
