Could someone please help me out in the odeon task 360 task? I don't seem to figure out how it is done

I have done lot of these.
1. Print off the 2 forms (letter of authority and affidavit) at home.
2. Go to Odeon and ask to see the manager, saying you need a filled in copy of last weeks affidavit.
3. While they find the manager normally takes a minute or 2, photo the FDSU and count how many copies of sun are on it.
4. Get filled in affidavit from manager, if no affidavit ask why and get their name.
5. If affidavit filled in (all you need is supply and returns), input the data into the app from form. You will often have to work out the net claim yourself but that is just mental arithmetic.
6. Photo the filled in affidavit put dates in yourself if they are not there.
7. Photo outside of odeon.
They are well paid tasks, pretty easy and rarely take more than 10 mins.

if i did not do the task last week still do i have to get the last weeks affidavit filled in by the manager.or if i am doing the task the first time i just leave that part or do i drop it off to the manager for the next week and pick it up the next week. sorry i have some ambiguities. thanks alot for the help

This is the long winded but precise way of doing the Odeon Tasks....
OK.. you see an odeon task on the app (usually go live Sunday 8pm with a 50 hr timer)... so on the Monday you go to the cinema (check opening times) make sure you print off the affidavit form to give to each cinema you do (it's on the job on the app) so you get to cinema.. open and start the task... first question..does it have the red sun bin (they all do) ..tick yes..q2..does it have copies of the sun in it.. if there is tick yes...if not it will ask if you replenish stock..just tick no..then a photo of the bin...next ask for duty manager and ask them for the sun affidavit (same as you have but they will have filled in data)... if they don't have it.. you answer not found or similar.. ask the manager their name..put that in where it asks and walk out and take a pic of the outside and done...if they DO have it..firstly make sure it is the correct weeks data... then grab a seat if you can and answer each question in the app.. it will be Monday to Sunday supply...then Monday to Sunday returns then Monday to Sunday net claim (think that's the correct order am away from home now and can't remember) irregardless it is top line middle line bottom line ..now some cinemas only partially complete the form..there is an option for that and just fill in what you have and put zero for bits missed...however... if the top row and middle row are completed but bottom row isn't..just do it your self..very simple... top row is say 80..middle row is say 30 then subtract middle from top to get bottom...50... this is the most boring and tedious part but be sure take your time and fill in correct data ... when I get the form from manager I usually ask them to print their name on it...as you will need their name... so once all the data has been input next thing is to take a pic of the form...fill the frame with the former..but..before doing that make sure the odeon name (town) is at the top and the start date is written (the Monday of the week the data is for) and that each date for each day above each column is filled in and finally there is a sig or initials at the bottom of each column (do this yourself if need be...any initials at all...as long as it's there) then take that pic and go out and get pic of cinema front and submit... I know this sounds really technical and busy but once you do one you will see how easy it is...my first one took nearly 10 mins from going in to coming out...I now do it in 2 mins max...very easy to pick up... just remember the date and cinema name (address can be left blank) and fill the data correctly and it will get accepted with good clear photos...

You ONLY get the data for the task you are completing... in the task it will have for example Data for week Mon 24 oct till Sun 30 Oct...so you only get the data for that week... those dates, if no one did that cinema in the previous weeks you can tell the manager to discard those afadavits or bin them yourself... once the task expires for that week (usually Thursday) you cannot do the task for that weeks data.
