Hi there

I recently came across this excellent forum, and it has inspired me to try and earn myself a little extra money online. However, I have no real idea of where to start. Could anyone please give me some hints about the best things to start with? I don't really have amazing computer skills, so something daily basic is what I'm looking for.

Thanks

one poll is quick and easy to use, vivatic is also good but to be honest some sites suit others more than some age, job, sex etc so really worth trying all and seeing which suits.
like I say send me your email and I will send you 3 or 4 invites to start some earn me 50p if you join.but like I say all the ones mentioned on here are worth having a go at.

Welcome to the forum D-Sir
To better answer your question "How to earn money online and where to start" I think we need to know a little bit more about you, your strengths, what you do normally, whet you have tried and what you haven't

There are lots of money making posts on this forum, but I think the most important thing when looking for something that you can do, is will you enjoy doing it, or at least not look at it as a chore.

If you navigate around the internet a lot during the day, then look for programme that will pay you for doing just that, if you spend a lot of time on the telephone at home then again fins something that can utilize that and make you some money.

There are endless ways and methods for you to earn a little money, its just finding what is right for you.

Cheers
Mark

If you fancy going out and about, and have an Android/iPhone, take a look at Roamler. Its a very nice little app with good payouts.

Also, just to earn money whilst doing things you normally do make sure to sign up to TopCashBack if you haven't already, gives you money back on everything you buy online. You can also get some 'free' cash back by getting insurance quotes, signing up to free trials of audible, lovefilm etc. I have earned over £200 on there with very little effort!

If you sign up through this link it will also give you 500 Tesco Clubcard points! Double bonus!

Is there something that you can provide people with which there's a market for? Supply and demand is what fuels everything and especially in the online world.

There are freelancing sites like Fiverr.com which are good for a whole host of freelancing tasks including ebook design, writing articles, press releases, bookmarking, backlink tasks, You Tube videos............ If you enjoy writing then you could start a free blog at either Blogger or Wordpress and review various affiliate products in the Amazon and Clickbank marketplace. There's another cool site which you get paid for posting called Bubblews.com The key is in building connection and submitting short articles (minimum of 400 characters). Each view, like or comment gets you one cent, so it can be slow at the start, but once you become more established in the community you can easily earn $4+ per article and you're allowed to post up to 10 per day.

All the Best

I think in a nutshell - you have ready to put in the hours to get anything back when looking at earning money online

Just because there are ways of earning money online does not mean that that are in any way easier than a regular job to get a decent wage from.

If you are good at writing and want to get paid to review products to do writing for other people you need to be prepared to put the hours in.. Same with anything.

Choose a method that you feel you at least have an interest in as it is much easier to sustain interest in the long run when you may not feel you are getting anywhere
