Hello,

I usually choose an amazon voucher when redeeming my Opinium points. I chose a bank transfer last month, I am still waiting. I have chased Opinium but have not had a reply. Anyone else has had this problem? My bank details are correct.

Hi, I have just redeemed a bank transfer as well so I will let you know if/when I get it. Just got an email which says 'Payment will be delivered to you the last Friday in three working weeks at the latest, but could be considerably shorter.'

Been doing this for years and never had a problem. It does take several weeks.
