Surveys Opinium payment

Hello,

I usually choose an amazon voucher when redeeming my Opinium points. I chose a bank transfer last month, I am still waiting. I have chased Opinium but have not had a reply. Anyone else has had this problem? My bank details are correct.

Hi, I have just redeemed a bank transfer as well so I will let you know if/when I get it. Just got an email which says 'Payment will be delivered to you the last Friday in three working weeks at the latest, but could be considerably shorter.'

Hi, just checked and my opinium payment came through on 18th August - I hope yours has as well!

I ordered Amazon vouchers last week and they arrived within 2 days.

I still haven't received it so I have chased again. I will go back to ordering Amazon vouchers in the future, never had a problem with them.

I've had an email from them asking me to sign up for Tipalti if I want to be paid by bank transfer. Apparently, Tipalti are handling all Opimium cash-outs from 22 Sep so you might need to sign up with them?

Either way, it seems to be an acknowledgment that their previous cash out system wasn't working very well.

I've chased them again. I've been waiting for 2 months and a half now, so if they've handed bank transfers over to Tipalti it's going to take a while to sort out. I haven't had the email asking me to register with them.

I still haven't received that payment, or any update from Opinium since July. I don't think I will ever receive that payment. I am still receiving invites from surveys but I only give them a try once a month, so it's probably going to take me several years to build up another £25.

I have been paid, at last. What did the trick was to post a negative review on Trustpilot.

Came across this post by accident and glad I did as been trying to cash out for almost a year now. I did get one reply saying that I needed to register with something, which I did and now they've gone quiet again which is really frustrating. I have chased by email and even left phone messages but no-one ever gets back to me. Does anyone know the best way to get in touch with them?!

Well, what seems to have done the trick for me was to have posted a negative review on Trustpilot (there were plenty of other people who were struggling). That may work for you too?
I am now close to the £25 threshold and am hesitating between an Amazon voucher or another bank transfer. I would really need the monies in my bank account: food prices have increased so much!
