Has anyone been paid recently?

I requested payment on 2nd march but haven't been paid yet although I did email them the other day. I didn't know if its because their website is being upgraded or whether they had forgotten me so was just looking for some reassurance.

I haven't cashed out for a little while so can't help, hope someone can come along soon and offer reassurance! Have you tried contacting them via email or social media?

I had accumulated £50 and they sent me a payment survey (on 21 March) after i had to sent them an email to remind them of that. Then they only sent me £25 instead of £50 :(. I asked them again and they promised to send me another payment survey next day. I waited them for 3 days but nothing happened and i had to email them again then the support tem said sorry for the delay but they asked for my bank details (on 03/04) to pass them to finance department. Since then i haven't received my money yet.
To me they have been unreliable lately, which stops me doing more surveys with them.

Oh no, so sorry to hear that! I have noticed they have become unreliable recently. I remember when they used to send the payment survey a few days later but this time round for me it was about 2 weeks later! I'm still waiting for my payment and still waiting for their reply to my email. I could really do with the money so it's frustrating. Hope you get what you are owed soon. Can I ask how long it took for them to actually reply to your email? It's been about a week or just more since I emailed them

I've had a payout issue with Opinium since December :(
Emailed them numerous times and been fobbed off for ages now...grrrrr. They keep apologising and saying it will take 15 working days to hit my account but nothing has happened.
Now the payment platform is changing, I'm going to see if I can redeem the £25 that way but if not I'll ditch my account.
It's kind of reassuring to know other people have had issues with them too, I was beginning to think it was just me!
Hope we all get paid anyway...

Sorry to hear you were fobbed off. I hope you get it OK. I'm already nearly half way to my next payment. I got an email from them today saying they have a backlog of emails. Wonder if it's from other disgruntled people asking where their payment is

It depends if your're lucky or not. Sometimes they never replied and i had to write over and over again. But luckily, the last time when i emailed them, they just answered me next day. I am waiting for my payment too.

I haven't received the payment to my bank yet after 25 working days :(. Sent them a message and haven't heard back :( :(

The new online Portal for Opinium seems to be up and running, I've had an email from them today.
The good news is that my outstanding balance was still there when I logged in, so I've requested a cheque this time, instead of a bank transfer.
Fingers crossed it arrives!

I have lost my patience with them. After more than a month the money i redeemed has not been in my account yet and it's not shown on their website either. I don't know what to do, i complained and they kept saying sorry or understand the problem differently.

Probably, only me on here have problem with them. I asked for a cash transfer to my bank account on 3rd April and i haven't received it. They keep saying they will look at it. But nothing has been done. I am too tired of contacting them now.
