There are specific hours you have to do, like sunday daytime,early evening. No good for anyone who likes weekends off.

Can I ask is it fixed hours, as I read on another site a while ago that it was a zero hours contract

This sounds like a really good opportunity, but do you have to have a landline number? We have a phone line but no handset?

Lisa What does an agent have to actually do when working for this company? Is it incoming or outgoing calls? I'm just wondering if it's working for NHS Direct, or something like that.

Hi everyone, I just had an inteview, is it a good sign that inteview lasted 20 min instead of 40? How long was your interview wigth them? Sorry about the silly question.

I just had the interview.

I was told in the phone interview, which was only 5 mins, that I could start training, which started next day. I then had to pass that to get the job. Recruitment process may be a lot different now though as that was 4 years ago. Good Luck!

I have a lot of customer service experience, but no call centre experience. Maybe I'll apply anyway.
