Oh no @Cas, that's a bummer . Funnily enough I was going to ask how you got on but decided to leave it a couple more days in case you had not heard.

Have you done many tests at all and did you get good ratings with them? I haven't done many yet and don't feel confident as they are not regular enough for me to get used to doing them.

I get emails from them saying my rating has dropped or risen at times (sometimes it goes up again even when I haven't done anything, which I find odd). They did send me a couple of example reviews to see how people do them, which was useful.

Are you able to see the video of the 'poor' test that you did? I have only just discovered that you can view them in your account but it only seems to be a recent one.

If you have done a lot of reviews and they are usually good it may be worth pursuing it further, or asking why this one was considered to be poor.

i was fairly new to the site to be honest . i done 3 in total tests

the first two were scored as average

i really should of asked why , but after getting the email . i deleted my account

maybe i can apply again in a couple months

To be honest I think it takes a while to get into them, so 3 is not many. A pity they did not give you any examples to look at and learn from. Might be worth trying again and explaining. They can only say no ...............................

Think they are cracking down as I've also had an email to say my star rating has gone down, been doing it a while now and done loads of surveys, first time i've seen this.

Hi, @SarahLu Has it gone back up again yet? I sometimes get emails from them saying my rating has gone down, then a few days later I will get another one saying that it has gone up - even when I haven't done a task since them.

I assume it is because the tasks aren't always rated straight away, which is why they can fluctuate.

Just done a task today - they always seem to email me in the early hours, sigh! I noticed that my 'completed tasks' didn't have ANY ratings next to them at all, so wonder if they are changing this?

I've had 4 in the space of a week saying my rating has gone down, then up, then back down, then up again.

I feel like I've been doing the f**king hokey-cokey

Weird thing is I have only done one test in that time.
