This is very true. They will get round to it eventually but you need to be patient. Drop them a line anyway though.

I've worked for appen for a few years now, every time they do this I email. I think I've had a reply once.

Yeah, its very hit and miss. Talking to others on the website chat, it's a good idea to send in a ticket as although they may not reply, the weight of messages often gets things moving.

So I've got my November invoice which says the usual " Your invoice will be open for submission on the 1st of the following month services have been completed."

Only I'm a bit confused, any other time I've got the invoice at the end of the month, meaning I only had to wait a few days for the new month to start so I could send it. But now we're into December, does that mean I have to wait until January before I can send this one?

On the Appen website, there is a news/updates section and they normally post the last date/time you can submit your invoice by. It's normally the 3rd or 4th of that month but in PST time. So I think you should be fine if you submit it today but go check.

Just a question about Payoneer for Appen payments. I have set up my account a few months ago but only recently had some work from Appen and received one payment last month but I have not withdrawn it yet. I had a e mail yesterday saying more information is needed and when I checked it is asking for Business information and Post Brexit information, anyone else had this. Seems to be for those running a business with employees

I have set up my account a few months ago but only recently had some work from Appen and received one payment last month but I have not withdrawn it yet. I had a e mail yesterday saying more information is needed and when I checked it is asking for Business information and Post Brexit information, anyone else had this. Seems to be for those running a business with employees
I haven’t received an email but mine says business information needed when you log in. I sent a message about it but no one has answered so far.

I noticed mine said business information when I first joined but then read that we did not need to bother with it so I left it and now got the email asking to fill it in and this Brexit info. Maybe I should try and message them and ask exactly what they need

Had the exact same email. Have sent them an email as I don’t have a business but no reply as of yet.
