I'm just going to wait for the next invoice to appear and if it still does not go on then I will raise a ticket. I'm not too bothered when I get paid as long as I get paid.

Will you submit today if not on there? I think the deadline is midnight tonight otherwise we won’t be paid on 14th
I am missing some too, but I Have submitted the invoice. If they don't get added in the next few days then I will contact them.

Thank you hopefully they come through. I can’t figure out how to raise a ticket though as I stupidly used an inbound only email for them so can’t send them an email ‍♀️
When you log in to Appen you should see "Help" in the menu bar at the top right hand side of the screen. Click that & it should open a new screen. Again at the top right hand side there should be an option to click on "Submit A Request"

Their portal seems to be down now. I managed to submit the invoice and a ticket for the missing ones thank you for your help

Anyone else not been paid for last month yet. My invoice was approved but it has not been paid so I have two now sitting at approved status.
I hate Payoneer with a passion but I don't know who's to blame and neither are great for communicating. I am owed around $100.

Is it normal to get an email from Appen saying there is tasks available on a job, then when you hit the "work this" button, there isn't any?

I'm talking about the Popple job, which I've yet to actually do anything for, despite getting that email.

Yes, this happens a lot! Not done the Popple job, but it happens for most other jobs

If you are talking about July invoice then I have been paid. Does your invoice status say approved or paid? Appen change it to paid if they have sent money to Payoneer.

I'm in the same boat as you. Have received two emails to say work is available in the last few days, but when I click the 'Work This' button - nothing.

Basically they are releasing very small quantities of work at the moment. There are lots of comments on this from all over the world over on the Popple chat channel.

Hopefully it will start picking up in the near future.

Yes it's very annoying I have to say getting these emails, and then nothing to do. Where do you find the Popple chat channel?

Click on the 'Social' tab (second one after 'Academy') and then the 'Chat' tab underneath. You need to make a chat name I think to proceed.

A new tab in your browser will open. On the far right there's a drop down list of all the chat channels you can read for whichever projects you work.

Good heavens. I was literally just reading this and up popped an email asking me to apply to register for Popple. So I clicked on the link - and it went absolutely nowhere.

I hadn't noticed the project list, so thanks for that. Saves ploughing through some of the drivel posted on it.

Yes I've got about 14 days worth of payments not added from three different projects.
